My biggest problem is lack of communication. In my opinion if you wont respond to me in a reasonable amount of time BEFORE you get my money I should have no expectation of anything regarding service after you get my money. I have purchased from Phil at E-smokeytreats and his service was the bomb. He has a phone number that he actually answers...AND he responds to emails. I send a query to any company before I do business with them and give them 24 hours to respond. No response...no business and no second chances. Hell I got better response from David at Eastmall half a world away then I have from suppliers here in the states....Rant over. :o)

    Default I bought 13 e-cigs E11 from E-Cigs.com

I have to say, I tested three of them with lack luster results on the vapors. I tried every known suggestion which did produce vapor for 3 or 4 puffs but still I can not sell this product to anyone without karma slapping me in the face. I have had to fiddle with the e-cig and found two of the batteries went dead.

I have decided to return them. I did notice they lied about the amount and price of the content but luckily it came through customs.

I would like to try a new manufacturer but after researching extensively on these forums and other blogs, maybe I should just cut my losses.

My opinion only, but I'm not sure giving up is a good idea. I have bought from 5 distributors/sellers and am using 4 different kits right now. E-puffer is the only one I gave up on for good. Two of the kits are 3 piece and two of them are two piece with battery and atomizer combined. The two two pice units are from e-cig, the E9 and E8. It is still a work in progress for me, but I know at least that each day I am burning fewer 'smokes'.
I'm experimenting with re-filling cartridgres (both kinds) and different flavors, just trying to see what I like most. I'm still using the first kit I ever bought (although it is hard on atomizers , waiting on new ones now)

Maybe some kind-hearted soul in Dallas who knows what they're doing could show you some tips & tricks, or at least let you try a different model -- like if you bought them lunch or something... Just a thought!

Naturally, I did not find out about their no-refund policy until I tried to get my dough back (less than 24hrs. after I bought it). The clown who owns the kiosk lied to me and told me to go online and get my refund that way but the other clowns at the end of the SE online website told me to take a hike, they have nothing to do with their franchise shills. They make a buck by passing the buck. Terrible product, terrible refund policy, these shysters are cashing in a most shameless and despicable way. BUYER BEWARE, don't get taken by Smoking Everywhere, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!

If you paid by CC talk to your bank and see if you can do a back charge to get you dough returned. Can be a hassle but for a buck, fifty probably worth it.

    Default eciger.com

Hello all....total newb here trying to get my (and my girlfriend's) start in vaping. Due to all the posts I've read, I've decided that I'm going to start w/ a DSE-901. However, my search for online suppliers has been a bit frustrating/overwhelming. I'm currently thinking about purchasing from ecigr.com who is selling their DSE-901 starter kit for $39.95 (best price I could find) plus several extra attys at $8/each (plan on purchasing batteries and cartridges plus e-liquid from other vendors). Just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience w/ this company as far as being reputable and reliable? Thank you.

hey TnA, I am new to vaping also. I want to get a friend into vaping also so I went here

    e-smokeytreats.com

and ordered the DSE901 kit. I ordered this one over most others because it gave you 2 atomizers and 2 batteries. I can share them with my friend and only buy another charger! I cannot wait to start vaping!!! Good luck!

This is David Yang's older site. His new one is here:
www.eastmall.net - Eastmall International Co.,Ltd and a lot of people have purchased successfully from him. I suppose you do realize this ships from China. You may also find good deals here: www.bestecig.com which is also in China.

    Good luck!

    Default My two cents!

I originally purchased my first RN4081 from a gas station that sold the NPRO. I must say, I was pleased with their product the moment I started using it! Then I realized that I could have purchased it for 30 dollars cheaper elsewhere....and then the atomizer went out...luckily they have a great return policy so no hassles there as of yet...and my atomizer arrived in a couple of weeks but in the mean time I found ecigarettecigar.com

...Alan rocks! ecigarettecigar has awesome customer service and fast shipping. I received a whole new kit that came with two atomizers for a great price and...no issues with any of it! ...I even ordered 6 more from ecigarettecigar.com for my friends...and no issue with those either. We're all happy!

Njoy is a disappointment now, but at least I found a great supplier because of it!
