I am not a mod nor do I have a vested interest in any ecig company. I am not a friend or a casual acquaintance of anyone that is.

I still think you're one weird little man with a bizarre posting history. You come across as someone who is extremely unstable. I think you'd be better off if you just moved on as your 'e-rep' is pretty much boned at this point.

    Default .......... in China

I bought e-cig e11 from .......... and they are defective. They cahnged there policy in the short time I ordered from them. They say you have 5 days to check them and then you must get a return number from their office but they do not respond. Alsol, their online support has never been online.

I also see they changed their poklicy from a full refund to exchanges claiming the product is new and thus likely to have problems. I was smart enough to download the page that offered a full refund before they changed.

2 weeks ago i ordered some 18 MG Tennessee cured Non PG, some 18 MG sweet strawberry PG, and some 18MG Vanilla Ice Cream PG.

The Vanilla Ice Cream has a great flavor, but for some reason is not satisfying enough for me as a daily vape. The sweet strawberry I haven't tried yet. The VG Tennessee cured is now my daily staple flavor - I absolutely love the flavor, and as my first experience with VG - I think I prefer it over the PG. As a matter of fact I just ordered 2 large bottles of the TC-VG today.

No problems at all with the way it vapes, or with atomizers. I think it is very good juice.

I did try the strawberry yesterday - it's funny the first couple vapes off a full cart taste yummy, but the flavor tails off quickly - I really like it, but it loses the taste too quick.

Smile Date of post is relevant!

    Ones I've noticed recently are:

ecig.com - have taken payment but not delivered the new mini ecig they are still selling. Some people have been waiting months for this device but ecig.com keep fobbing them off.

Johnson Creek - there are still reports of quality problems with their eliquid. Some people have found particles and others some kind of gloop. There are also still dying atomiser problems.

Loong Totem - they have reportedly shipped out dead and dying batteries and refuse to replace them unless the customer spends more money on another order.

Health products - cheap rubbish and potentially dangerous. High failure rate.

Over to you, name and shame (try to be honest and fair - one bad experience isn't necessarily typical of a certain product or service) ...

    Update for March 2009

ecig.com - have a reputation for shoddy goods, slow shipping and bad customer service.

Johnson Creek - there were problems with atomisers being killed but that seems to be sorted now. A new problem is that some samples are turning green. The cause has been said to be temperature, light or oxidation but is still unknown and hasn't been reproduced by a lab for analysis apparently. Johnson Creek Juice Turning Green!

Loong Totem - they have reportedly shipped out dead and dying batteries and refuse to replace them unless the customer spends more money on another order. Loongtotem - Terrible service

Health products from Dealextreme - cheap rubbish and potentially dangerous. High failure rate. Dealextreme esmoking products

SmokingEverywhere - seem to be getting everywhere in the US. Very expensive, no return policy and the product isn't good, except the Gold/3.0 version which is a standard RN4081. Got suckered in by Smoking Everywhere

Intellicigs.com (not to be confused with Intellicig) - problems with not shipping product etc. Intellicigs.com, The intelligent smoking alternative.

ePuffer - very bad customer service and scams on currency conversion and restocking fees. - EPuffer Nightmare

Egar - the Australian company - Review of "Egar"
I will only address the ePuffer comment. First off, currency scams are impossible as $1 Canadian = $1 U.S., thus oddball comment. Secondly, as the title states, date of this post is relevant. I bought back in the early days of their Magnum line and had a bad experience as well as far as the kit being defective. However, when I contacted them about refunding, they promptly credited me in full (no re-stock) and they did not ask for the kit back. Furthermore, the Magnum has gone through several generations and they've sent me the latest generation for free as replacement for the bad kit (at no charge no less). So I guess it all depends on the time you're dealing with a particular vendor. It is actually not good to leave a post up unless you give the vendor a chance monthly, etc. as they may not remain "bad", just have a rough start.

My blessings Syster and I do appreciate you trying to help us steer clear of "the bad guys", you just need to check 'em out more oft. Perhaps watch some of Dustin Hardy's reviews as opposed to buying all the time. He gave the Magnum his blessings.

    No disrespect intended Syster.

One good customer experience does not a reliable company make...

1 US = 1.15 CAN as of today. When I purchased it was 1 US = 1.27 CAN, so currency scams are not only possible they are fact.

It took me 3 months of back and forth with Epuffer to get working product. The product I did get had carts that tasted worse than vomit but after all the previous problems I didn't have it in me to continue fighting with them. This was recently (2-3 weeks ago).

The only reason I ever got satisfaction was that I finally had enough and called and left an angry voice mail with the message the next step would be me having to show up at their place of work. I've never once had a worse online experience or anything remotely as bad as my dealings with this company.

The number of bad experiences on these forums are quite extensive so while your own good experience is valid, it's a bit silly to suggest they be removed from the warning list based on that.
