    Well...

    Got my order today... Over $ 2,000.00 US funds...

    Has anyone else had trouble with orders from bestecig? or in some IMPOSSIBLE way could it ONLY be ME?!?!?

    WOW!

    I am missing NUMEROUS items... And there had been NO notice of ANY type of back order.

    The items I am missing are BIG items (batteries, 20 of them and chargers and numerous other items) and it is IMPOSSIBLE that they were simply missed during packing.

    AS I said... WOW!

    Not very happy to say the least with my first order from Bestecig.com

    The items I was shorted in this order total to over $ 400.00 US funds...

    Well... I have dropped Beci a line... Now it's just wait and see I suppose.

    NOT COOL!

    ALSO....

    The batteries I did get... Are sitting and FLASHING in their packaging...

    What I mean is this... Take a battery out of the bubble wrap... Move it around and it FLASHES on the tip... ALL of the batteries do this...

    I charged 20 of them to see if they were doing it due to being discharged... NOPE... Even after a FULL charge they are ALL still doing this.

    I have NUMEROUS other BRAND 901 batteries here and NONE of them do this...

    Some kinda SHORT inside the battery?! WTF?!

    Once again...

    NOT FRIGGEN COOL!

    wow sounds like my order with totally wicked. I only coughed out 1400.00 usd and got shorted (screwed) out of just over $200.00. Yes be careful with those large orders. Their word against yours on the short order thing. I never got my money or shorted items to this day. SUCKS HUH?!!!!!

    Ipsy - I had the same experience with the batts, all were lit up like a Christmas tree when they arrived. After charging all of them, they will still blink when rolled around or when around a loud noise, but in general now, they are off. I think this is the way these new batts are. All the batts I have gotten lately do this, from 4 different suppliers. This does not seem to effect their use or wear from what I can tell. I have found Beci to be one of the best, most conscientious sellers out there. I wouldn't worry at all. I would bet that you will either get the balance shipped out with some other goodies to apologize for the error as soon as you notify him of the mistake, or if preferred a refund. He truly has top notch customer service. I am in no way tied to this company other than being a very happy customer who has had the occasional problem and it was dealt with quickly and more than fairly. Wish we had more suppliers like this, as I wait to hear back about a defective kit and totally messed up order - with no response as of yet! Seems like a lot of the companies that had great customer service have really let that go since orders have been seized?

    I hear what you're saying and I have seen MANY others say the same thing... I only HOPE that his service has not changed recently as MANY others have.

    The reason I have great concern is that the MISSING items add up to a great deal of merchandise... It is EXTREMELY unlikely that these items were accidentally MISSED during packaging.

    20 batteries?
    3 chargers?
    over 20 BOXES of cartridges?
    NUMEROUS items...

    I only received ONE (1) tracking number so I am forced to ASSUME that there was ONLY one (1) box.

    VERY VERY SUSPICIOUS.

    We have one hell of a time difference here compared to China... So I'll just have to sit and wait.

    I only pray Beci is upstanding as most forums would indicate.

    I will keep you ALL posted!

    Dietsmokes.Com - This is a review of the product and Dietsmokes.com. The first time I bought from Dietsmokes I was very happy. I ordered a RN4081 and received it literally 2 days. It works pretty well and I haven't smoked a regular cigarette for over a week. After 15 years I don't miss them at all and actually prefer this method of smoking.

    In fact I liked the product so much, I ordered a second one. Once again the shipping was quick, but this time he sent the wrong product. I got a DSE901 and cartridges for it, even though I clearly ordered an RN4081 and RN4081 cartridges. I am pretty sure he just ran out that stock and decided to send something else instead of contact me first.

    I am a long time internet buyer and seller so I did contact him though the warranty and returns link first and ask him if he could fix this error. I got no response, so I had to sell it somewhere else at about a $20 lose. That is when I decided to write this review.

    I did try the DSE901 and every cartridge I tried tasted like metal. It was really nasty and actually almost put me off of vaping for good. Unfortunately, I really can't recommend this product or this site. Too bad because the first order went well.

    Have to put in my kudos for Best E-Cig -- have not had any problem with them, got everything I ordered very promptly. Now, their return policy leaves something to be desired, so I've been ordering from other companies now, but cannot say anything bad about Beci.

    Hi Kate. Thanks for the info.
    I bought 2 SmokingEverywhere Golds and 2 of 4 batteries are bad, possibly a third.
    Of the nicotine carts from 2 different boxes (I tried 3 total ) all had some problem as I sucked on the end I would get so much of the liquid it's just sick as heck. Took about 4 hours to finally get that awful taste out of my mouth. Ingesting nicotine is dangerous.
    Maybe it's just a bad shipment but maybe it's a design problem. I always had the e cig pointing down. It still came came right up through the little hole.
    The boxes they were packaged in had chemical burnt smell. Like burnt paint. I over paid for what I got but if they worked as well as their price of $150 each suggests then I wouldn't have cared. I don't mind paying for quality but 2 possibly 3 of the batteries and the carts bad ?? That's not quality at all. I had one of them get really hot and I had just started using it--maybe 5 puffs. I am very unhappy with these. The sales guy at the mall said I had 14 days to bring them back. Well, that wasn't true cause on the little receipt it says no refunds. That's very misleading. Bring them back for what?
    I called the manager on the business card and was only told I could exchange them only. I told him the carts were messed up. He didn't really sound too concerned. I called Florida and they said the guy at the mall is separate from them. What's that word Franchise?? I guess anyone can sell their products.
    My credit card company said because they had no refunds printed on the receipt they couldn't stop payment but they did discuss it and gave me the number to call the United States Dept of health. If it's poor design or bad product people don't need to be ingesting nicotine. I'm really disappointed but I am going to pursue this tomorrow starting with the health dept. The mall I purchased these at is in Chandler, Arizona.
    The 25.00 case holds the e cig but the carts won't fit inside with the seal on them so you'd have to take the wrapper off and let it drip in the case. 25.00 bucks.. rip off.

    Wow, sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with your first e-cig! The more I hear about these mall kiosks, the less I trust them. But, what exactly do you think the state health dept. can do for you, besides get them banned in your state?

    Wanted to give you all an update in reference to my order from bestecig.com

    I received an e-mail from Beci this morning explaining what happened and why the order was short...


    Dear Ispy,
    I just checked this order details, I found there has something wrong, it’s strange problem for us, seems our website has something bug for this order, you had updated the quantities when you place order, but seems our website admin order management system has not update the products' quantities, it's the first wrong for our website, you can see the attached file, it is this order details of our website order admin system , they are different with the e-mail order details( you placed order before).

    And yes, I will send the rest parts at once.

    And about BLINKING blue, because we used electronic switch, the new batteries switch will be a little sensitive, you can smoke it, it's normal,

    or not this problem, please let me know, we would like to replace them.

    As you can see it seems their website has a glitch and did not UPDATE my order details...

    Strange... But I've seen stranger.

    Beci assures me that the balance of my order is going to be shipped.

    I have to admit that he resonded very promptly to my concerns and will keep you updated as to the length of time it now takes to receive the balance.

    Thanks all for your input! As for the time being, it would appear that BesteCig.com / Beci are a very upstanding company and so far; have wonderful customer service!!
