Thumbs up Happy With My Purchases

I bought a penstyle silver and a black DSE901 from thesmokesafe.com and am happy with both. Free fast shipping, got here in two biz days via USPS. Thanks James!

Bought liquid from electroniccigarettesales.com and it got here in 3 days - thanks Jane! She had one flavor listed two ways and I ordered 10ml of each. She wrote me a note saying they were the same and hoped I didn't mind if she just sent me one 30ml bottle! Of course I don't mind, I love free!!!

Just a word on a UK trader called smokenotar.com.

Apparently some people have paid for products from this seller but the goods never turned up. The beginning of the story we've heard is here - http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/for...html#post67641

I'm a little behind the times because of the forum being down and didn't know there was a back door through Smokey/forum.

Neb is correct. I go through Mark all the time. He is very polite and gets the issue resolved asap. I had to send back two batteries since Nov. 11th when I got the starter kit. One totally died and the other held a charge for 3-4 hours. It took a few days because of the holiday. These are working well. I get about 8 hours each. Their carts lasted about two day!

What led me to NJOY was the 1 year warranty. Hope this helped.

    Default Crown 7

I recently purchased 2 Crown7 Hydra kits from them. First is the shippng. It took almost 2 weeks for me to receive the units. He was in the states so i expected a several day turnaround. No such luck. They use Fedx Ground to ship their products which i did not know about until i receive the conformation email.
Payment was via Paypal and is only a problem if you have a return. (more about that later).

The High quality of the devices that he sells, is not accurate. I now know that they appear to be Rebranded Black Liberty Cigarettes. I have been very disattisfied with these units. I have one battery that just blinks every time you puff on it. I emailed him a week ago and received a reply that said he will replace it. I also placed a second order for several atomizers and batteries the same day. I have not received a shipping notice as of yet. Today i emailed a cancelation of the order as it has not been shipped. This was done several hours ago, and no response. In the manual for the cigarette it states the battery is supposed to last between 8-48 hrs. I guess that is total life, lol. In reality the batteries last maybe an hour. and barely will charge quick enough with 2 batteries. The atomizers are very small and are very weak vapor producers. It is almost impossible to drip, and the crats are great for sucking in the ejuice. If i was not so sure that Vaping is so much better than analogs, I would have given up on them .

To date i have not received any indication that my replacement battery has been sent as well.

The same day I ordered some eliquid from PureSmoker.com and i received it very promptly.

I'm a very patient person. Until you do not communicate with me. He had almost no Customer service. No communication and promoting his products as being a cut above is just false advertising.

I wholeheartedly suggest that you do not buy from this retailer

    Thanks

I'm so glad I found this. I heard about smokingeverywhere.com yesterday on the HS show, and my girlfriend were all but ready to drop $150 on what would have been a load of crap. Thanks to all at this forum. Change is coming.

Well, I'm not going to name names, but I haven't run across any supplier that I could label super-duper yet. Guess I can chalk my original purchase up to my own naivete... Bought 4 e-cigs from e-bay and had to return one bat and one at. The supplier did send replacements, but they were the wrong ones... I sent 'em back with a note, but never got a reply - or the parts... Now I know better than to expect any kind of warranty on parts no matter how new they are.

Ordering liquid or other supplies always takes about a week to 10 days. I have never run across any faster delivery. It usually takes sellers about 2 days to reply that the product has been shipped.

I don't sell e-cigs but I do sell things through my own web pages. I always ship within 24 hours of the order (excluding weekends and holidays when the post office is closed). Sometimes the mail is fast, sometimes not. Basically, it's a crap shoot. I also check my email several times daily so I can respond to customers quickly. It doesn't make me angry or upset to answer any question, even if it is already posted on my sales pages.

I'm not complaining, but I am just letting people know so they have realistic expectations from suppliers. I've read a lot of glowing reviews about some of them, but don't expect them to render the same service to everyone.

Great expectations lead to great disappointments. Be realistic. Order at least 10 days ahead of time and get enough supplies and parts to keep reserves handy. Keep good track of all your orders. Chalk up bad parts as manufacturer duds.

Sorry if I'm stepping on toes, but I gotta call 'em like I see 'em. If it gets any better for me, I'll let ya know.

Okay, I am going to add intellicigs.com to the list, DO NOT confuse this with john at intellicig.com. I ordered my starter kit in dec 08, finally recieved product 2 1/2 weeks later, I had emailed them numerous times, I did get emails back but later found out that they were telling me alot of bs. They said it was shipped and on its way to me when I finally rec. the mailing date was 2 days before I rec it. They sent me the wrong battery and only sent one when I ordered two. They returned my email about the missing batteries and the one that was the wrong led color, saying the would mail them asap. I still havent gotten them. They dont answer their phone(always a machine). I am STILL waiting. The evo that i did recieve is working well, I am limited to the one battery so I can not quit my analogs until I rec my other batteries. (I freak out when the battery goes dead.)
    Reonaut wannabe!!
