I use NJOY and have had some problems with the atomizer and a battery. But dealing with them is good and especially if I go through Mark. mwilliams@njoy .com. The started kit is warranted for a year and he does right by me.

Costco might have a good return policy as I know, but you don't know how long each store carries certain things. Unless your buying it online and the wait would be longer for a replacement.

What I have learned since e-cig smoking, buy two of everything. Then get extra batteries and atomizers seperately from different providers shown here. I buy a lot from Puresmoker.com. The supplier here is CaSHMeRe - Steve. He's great with the juice and I hear he's selling or will be selling accessories.

I really like how the NJOY smokes at first. After a few days, it goes a little downhill. I find if I keep my cart full and and a charged battery, it vapes real good. I have three batteries and two atomizers. I keep the batteries charged and carry extra carts with me. I just refill the carts that are partially used. I like lots of vapor and easy draw. That's why I do it this way.

Anywho, I hope this helped you some.

I decided on epuffer.com due to some reviews and some great savings around the time I was purchasing. My purchase was the EAZE Micro starter kit for 129.99.

Shipping took a little longer than I had expected; was almost 2 full weeks before the item arrived in my mailbox. I was very excited to try it out and quickly loaded up the fake cigarette.

My initial impression was that of glee and excitement as the vapor and draw were both great; this thing looked and smoked like a tobacco cigarette. Now I’m a pretty casual smoker, maybe three smokes a day, and a few more when having some drinks on the weekend. I didn’t use my Micro anymore than I would have normally smoked. Everything was going great; I had crushed up my last few packs of smokes and with great goy tossed them into the trash! Unfortunately, that’s where my good experience with epuffer.com ended.

Two days into my new lifestyle of not smoking; I arrive at work and load up a cartridge and start puffing away…well I was puffing only air. Flustered, I tried my other battery to no avail. My atomizer had gone bad within 48 hours!! I couldn’t believe it to say the least. Fighting the urge to use tobacco again, I emailed epuffer.com and asked for a replacement atomizer. Somehow I thought they would be emailing me right back with an apology and words of a new atomizer on its way, but that wasn’t to be.

Two days later, on a Saturday…they email me back, saying that I can order a small item off their website and they will include another atomizer in the shipping, for free of course. I don’t know of any other company that would tell a customer to buy something else to replace a defective item that should have been replaced for free. Since I was desperate I decided to get a USB charger and some extra juice for the workplace…another $50.00 spent.

Nine days later my replacement arrives; over joyed and a little twitchy from not having any nicotine I loaded up my new atomizer and started to happily puff away..Unfortunatley that is where my happiness ended. Four days later; both of my batteries go BAD! Not even 10 hours later both of my chargers DIE, even the new USB charger I had just ordered. I cannot believe what is happening; everything I have purchased from them has died in less than 25 days of purchase.

At this point, it’s safe to say that I’m fed up with epuffer.com and have decided to return my equipment for a refund, or at least that’s what I thought. To this day, I have sent 5 emails to epuffer.com with the same story above, asking for an RMA label to send back their defective equipment and get my money back. I have yet to hear anything from them. What poor customer service, and what a poor way to introduce a product someone who is trying to quit smoking. For the short time that my e-cig did work, I hyped it up to all my friends and family who were on the fence about smoking. I can safely say now to them to NOT even consider dealing epuffer.com!!

So here I am, out 181.00 bucks waiting for my Njoy to arrive that I purchased from Costco, I love their return policy, no questions asked. I just needed to get the word out that epuffer.com doesn’t care about me or the fact that their equipment is absolute crap. I’ve also filed a complaint with the BBB and the BBB of Canada. If this is how they treat you, I would file a dispute with my credit card company, because they pretty much sold you defective products, or a Paypal dispute.

I explained that the Micro system that had been sent to me was not working. To me the atomizer was not doing its job.
The answer I got was that I should buy a different product. That I should buy the Magmum, quote "The electronic cigarette model that you've tried is designed for a light smoker. If you smoke more than ten cigarettes a day we highly recommend trying our latest model EAZE Magnum "
Well I didn't just 'try' it, I paid for it, and stuff to go with it.
When I replied I said that nowhere on the website did it say anything about being less than 10 cigs a day, the response was that the info was in the manual. Duh!! you don't get the manual till you have bought it!!
So I am left with buying another unit from them (not real inclined) or to return the micro for a refund. Even though it is not working, they will deduct an amount for the cartridges used (2), and a 20% restocking fee, plus the postage to get it back to them.

    Red face The Best Suppliers

I have been dealing with thesmokelessshop.com since New Year's day.
Katy is amazing. When I have a question, she either calls or emails me pronto. She is honest, fair and stands behind her products and guarantees. Her prices are great too. I vape on DSE901's - 3 black and 1 white. I have had a couple of problems, but Katy takes care of them quickly.

Katy was in the hospital for a while at the end of January. She put a notice up on her site before she went in. At that time, we needed some supplies, so we tried the link from Katy's site and went to
electroniccigarettesales.com. We were fortunate to get hooked up with Jane. She must be Katy's sister because she is just as good as Katy!
After reading some of the posts, I think I really lucked out !

I haven't smoked an analog since January 5th! I live in NJ and my smokes were $7.25 a pack, so I have saved $304.00. WOW
 Smokefree since January 5, 2009!

    Thumbs down Another epuffer.com complaint...

I purchased the Eaze Puffer Magnum Deluxe kit from epuffer.com several weeks ago, along with 2 extra boxes of ES vanilla carts. I received my order with out the bonus USB charger and without the vanilla carts. These were listed as in stock when I placed my order. There was a note in my order stating that these items were backordered and would ship when available.

I checked the website and it says they have 53 USB chargers in stock and 27 boxes of ES vanilla carts.

I sent e-mail to support complaining that I hadn't received any advance notification that these items would not be included in my order and asking if they had now been sent out since the website says they are in stock.

Their response was that I had received a note with my order telling me that these items were out of stock, that the USB charger was a bonus to a kit so it's stock status was not listed online and that the ES vanilla carts are out of stock and that they would be sent when they are in stock or I could choose other carts.

I certainly believe I should have been notified before being charged if in stock items are not in stock, a note in my order is not sufficient!

Also, quite apparently, the stock status on their web site means absolutely nothing...

I have very bad experiences with euro-ecig (TeeCeeTrade), TheNetherlands:
    - they only sent good quality, long-lasting e-cigs for my first order, later they sent me crap for the same price
    - they promised several times, but never sent me a replacement part for the returned DOA one,
    - their "special offers" are mere lies. ("Order three, pay two" means you get two for the normal list price of two.)

So, I am without supplier for the time being. European ones are expensive, and it seems that they are not necessarily more reliable, either. Do you know some good suppliers of the classic penstile e-cig in china? I badly need that soon

I placed an order from the UK site (intellicig.com) not knowing they also had a US site (intellicigs.com). (NOTE THE plural 's' ON THE US SITE)

Is the US site a distributor or a branch?

With the currency conversion, I payed £7.00 ($9.91) for shipping comparable to £7.04 ($9.95). Not much but still a savings.
    Also the EVOlution package I bought, sells for £23.48 ($33.21) at intellicig.com and £39.60 ($55.95) at intellicigs.com.

The break down of my order from UK site compared to pricing on the US site is below:

    Products Ordered

    1 x EVOlution
    1 x Spare Battery
    1 x Micro USB charger
    4 x assorted cartridges
    1 x Instruction Card
    1 x Information Card
1 x User Manual (via download)
1 x Health Information sheet (via download)
1 x EVOlution Mighty Atom Battery (smaller battery)

Order placed on UK site (intellicig.com)
    £30.43 - Sub-Total:
    £7.00 - Delivery to US:
    £37.43 - TOTAL

Equivalent order placed on US site (intellicigs.com) w/o additional Atom Battery
    $59.95 - Sub-Total:
$9.95 - USPS Priority Insured Shipping:
    $69.70 - TOTAL

The difference (with rate conversion) is £11.80 ($16.70) savings on UK site.
I should note that the US comparison doesn't include the additional Atom Battery because it isn't offered on the site. If you were to include an additional standard battery, it would add an additional $19.95 to the finally price.
This would bring the final difference to £25.90 ($36.65) savings on UK site.

I will be recommending that everyone I know to purchase their EVO from the UK site in order to save some US cash!

Thanks. Intellicigs is no longer linked with Intellicig apparently so it's good to note that they are different. There have also been some problems reported with Intellicigs service.
