The new E-MiniCig frome-cig.com looks to me identical to the Loong Totem

epuffer.com is a horrible place to do business with! I ordered the elite mini, I didnt like the product, so i emailed them several times before they gave me an rma authorization #. I shipped it back within a week of recieving it. Its now been three weeks later with no refund. I emailed them about three times, with no response, 2 days ago i posted a "help" ticket on their site....still no response. ;[ Any Ideas how i could get their attention and my money back????

One of my Eaze Magnum batteries died after less than a week. I asked for 30 day money back return instructions on Wednesday but have not received a response yet...

I purchased 7 C1 penstyle units from .......... for myself and friends. None of the units work. I've been trying to contact them by email and live chat for over a month and they don't respond. They claim to have a good guarantee, but there's no instructions on how to use it, and again they won't respond to inquiries. Even on "live chat" they just drop off the air. I'm not inexperienced with e-cigarettes. I have three other units including the DSE901 that work perfectly. Has anyone else had this experience with e-cig?

    Default Yes, Epuffer is horrible!

I have found epuffer to be ridiculously unresponsive as well. My 3-day old atomizer died and I'm trying to get a new one. I have a feeling I'm just going to end up returning everything and am not looking forward to dealing with their nonsense.

When I placed my order, I got this as a phone number: 647-476-6020. I tried calling a couple of days ago but the call didn't go through. If anyone has any luck contacting an actual human being, let me know.

I finally got a response from epuffer. I threatened to report them to the BBB and paypal, they e-mailed me back within a couple hours. Seems like thats the only way to get their attention

Everybody Trying to Save A Buck! Me Too! But I Don't Want to Get Ripped Off!

I Found The Best Way to get a Good Product, Good service & Avoid Crap Vendors is To Research Your Product & The Vendor 1st.

This Forum is Loaded with great information & good vendors, so use it.

Its better to spend a few more dollars to buy from a reputable vendor.

But Please Post Your Rip Offs Here!

Cost's is Not The Issue, If You Got Ripped Post It!

On The Other Hand, When You Get a Good Product, Good Service and/ Or Deal We Want To Hear That Too! (in the appropriate thread).

Just my 2 cents, I have a few $$ thousand invested in e-cigs

Default Still no epuffer reply, but Njoy FTW

Just thought I'd post a follow up to my epuffer fiasco. Filed a complaint with BBB and BBC, also contacted PayPal to dispute item. PayPal closed my compaint saying there isn't anything they can do about the actual product, only delivery. On to better news!

My NJOY PRO arrived a almost 3 weeks ago, and I have fallen in love with it! Right out of the box, the vapor and pull was far better than my *DEAD* epuffer micro. The epuffer battery I had to charge about 7 times x2 while at work, however the NJOY battery I can take two to work fully charged and it lasts me an entire day!

The carts are a little tricky to refill seeing as the wool is kinda glued into the cart itself, if you want to refill properly I suggest a 5ml syringe and inject the liquid to the bottem to avoid tearing out the wool...which when torn out seems to get stuck in the atomizer.

All in all I've refered 4 co-workers and 4 family members to either NJOY site, or puresmoker.com which I've found has the 'PRO' and all the goodies you'd need for it, including a wide selection of CaSH liquid.

I'm waiting on a couple atomizers as spares, a new cola juice, and a USB passthrough for the office.

All in all, I'm happy with NJOY PRO, however still trying to get my 181.00 back from epuffer.com..

    Cheers!
