Did you get authorization from them to send it back or did you just send it? I've been waiting since last Wednesday for them to reply to my request to return it...

SmokelessDelite were caught out a while ago posing as a forum member but promoting their site.

They seem to be at it again and this time have written a review for themselves too.

    I wouldn't trust this company.

    Default epuffer is awful

That's exactly what I did, and lo and behold, I finally get a response two hours later. They "sincerely apologize" and cite "IT" issues for the delay. Which is fine, but the timing is just so suspect, especially in light of the experience of others. My impression is that they will just delay/blow off as long as possible and hope that a good percentage of complainants will just not want to bother anymore.

I should note that, in providing me with return instructions, a note was also included that any product returned that was not in "saleable" condition was subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is ridiculous, and completely at odds with their 30 day money back guarantee. I'm returning the unit (EAZE super mini) because 1) the atomizer died after 2 days; and 2) their customer service sucks and I plan to go elsewhere for better service and lower prices. So are they saying that because their atomizer was basically DOA and broke, I have to pay a 20% restocking fee, even in the face of a clear money back guarantee?

I'll see how this all pans out when my return is finally processed. In the meantime, I would not advise anyone to buy through epuffer.com.

Finally got a return authorization from them myself and am wondering the same thing about the 20% restocking fee, due to one of my batteries being dead. I don't mind paying for the carts I've used at all, but if they hit me with a restocking fee I'll take it up with my credit card company.

After weeks of using generic atomizers, I'm back to my 3-month-old NJOY penstyle. Freakin' awesome vaping, no one can convince me that the generics are made by the same manufacturer. Gonna order another NJOY starter kit tomorrow.

It seems that the person running the Intellicigs.com site has packed up and moved to logicig.com. There are reports of this person taking money, not delivering product and customers not being able to get money back.

I have to say that I'm really...REALLY impressed with Johnson Creek. I recently ordered some juice from Christian and there was something in one of the juices. It did not appear to be mold or anything, maybe a piece of filter or something. Anyways I placed my original order on a tuesday, and it was here the next day! Then when I contacted him about the mystery floater he responded within a few hours, and said he would send out a replacement. And the replacement was here when???

The next day!!! Or he might have a deal with the devil

He really is great with customer service.

Default Our Plight with Janty--a bad one at best

While the majority of our personal vaporizers and purchases come from Puresmoker, myself and 6 others, occationally branch out to try "new" advents. Well I can offically say now that we all got "sold down the river" with the Janty Dura--it is in our opinion an outright defective product--period. Most of all batteries failed as well as the atomizer. Even the chargers were duds.

Suppliers that offer these whistle and bells should test them before putting them out in the marketplace and it is quite obvious from our failure rate that this was not done with the Dura--Period.

So we all give Steve at Puresmoker a thumbs up for telling it like it is on his website---The batteries and atomizers are for the most part consumable parts---So thumbs up to Puresmoker for spelling out the real deal. Our failure rate with Puresmoker is nill compared to other products like the Dura.

The Dura's warranty, like any other long warranty is just not viable. Noone has the time or effort to keep sending parts back and forth when the product is defective to begin with. This is the same mentallity NJOY has and we find it unacceptable. I am sure some may have had good experiances with the Dura, but when you have six of us that got dud's --it speaks volumes to me. And unless I hear rave reviews from other members about other Janty products--we are done with this company.

In our opinion--that is one of the many reasons why Puresmoker is a success.--give a good product, sell it at a good price, and tell it like it is. After all what good is a warrenty if the product does not work to begin with? That is my take on it---Sun
