I have never heard of this supplier but glad to know what your opinion is. I suggest using the well known suppliers that have a good reputation on the forum. When I have a question for the suppliers I expect and immediate response. There are a few that have online chat services available (Totally Wicked USA) and you get an immediate answer. When using a well known supplier I receive my order within 3 days. I also prefer one that gives me an email confirmation of my order when its placed and another confirmation of shipped date with tracking number.

Great ugh I ordered from them yikes thankfully a small order. They better not do it to me, because I will fight the charges! I don't have any tolerance for being cheated or ripped off. Sorry and thx for the warning.

Ordered the L2 for a christmas present, arrived in a decent ammount of time. Carts are loose and manual battery sticks.
Ordered some atomizers on 12/30. After several days of "Order Processing" listed on the website I started emailing. No responce till the third one and a couple of posts here on the forums.
Recieved a msg claiming that my emails were going to their spam folder, and a long list of excuses for their business failings. Still no status change on the website, and no sign of the package.
Demanded refund.
Recieved msg stating it was delivered on the 4th, do I want them to resend or refund my money. At the bottom of that msg was a copy of my demand for a refund. Website still has status listed as processing. Hmmmm..... Demanded refund by replying to recieved email and sending throug the "Contact Us" link on website so they can't claim it went to their spam folder.

I ordered several juices and L2 starter kit and recieved in 3 days.
batts preforming just as well as those I got from rocky mt vapor
I'd have no reserve about ordering from them again

spoke too soon , just had an L2 batt melt a carto on my desk
button not pressed and led not lit
after removing cart I hit the button and led lit up normal
