Vaporlites Inferior Products, Bad Service

I noticed the Vaporlites site is back online. I am not alone on this forum having problems with orders from this company. Credit card is charged immediately and then e-mails go unanswered for weeks when asking about order status. After waiting for more than a month my order was partially shipped with no packing slip or information about the missing items. It took another week before I got an answer that the remainder of my order would ship 'soon.' I have heard nothing since. The batteries are inferior; they are smaller in diameter and of a lighter weight than the Joye 510s. Not too surprisingly, they do not hold a charge for very long. Also, on the manual batts, the button is too small and constantly sinks into the hole requiring pins and/or tweezers to try to reposition it. I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone. I have asked for a refund of the unshipped portion of my order.
