Default Pass the Butter!

4 parts whatever base you like (mixture of nic juice, PG, and VG)
1 part Lorann marshmallow
1 part Lorann butter

Mixture will be 2/3 of your original base strength.

Who doesn't love a flaming marshmallow pulled straight out of the fire and plunged into a vat of creamy butter?

Yum-meee! More butter, please!

I thought butter was bad to use because of something called 'popcorn' lung was in another post here in the DIY but I can not find it off hand right now.

Lorann's has confirmed that they do not use diacetyl in any of their flavors. I was concerned about using the butter at first too.

Flavourart has a good write-up on their use of diacetyl - it's pointed at vapers, and is good reading for us.

Flavourart Express shop
On the left, click on The Vape Heaven.

It starts:
"We noticed an interest to use our flavours in electronic smoking or vaping and some customers rised question about the presence in some formulations of a compound known as Diacetyl."

It starts:
"We noticed an interest to use our flavours in electronic smoking or vaping and some customers rised question about the presence in some formulations of a compound known as Diacetyl."
And it goes on to say"However we realize that for E smokers, our food flavors are used in a different way as they are not ingested but inhaled, and the presence of diacetyl can be a cause of concern. So we are pleased to inform our customers, which flavours contain diacetyl and related amount in %. Just consider that the amount shown is related to 100% flavor, so when used in finished product its content is less. "

And goes on to show diacetyl content of various flavors.

Then comes the disclaimer:
"
We produce and sell FOOD FLAVORS which comply with Italian and EU legislation and EFSA reccomendation. They are safe for FOOD use as they are intended to enter the body by the digestive system, not by lungs. Digestion involves acid breakdown, enzyme attack, and kidney and liver processing. Vapor by the lungs goes directly in the blood stream. Even though due to absence of combustion, vaping can be compared to odor smelling in open air, consumption of food flavors by vaping has not been specifically tested for safety. Flavourart srl can not be held responsible for any claim or damage arising by the use of food flavor by the means of electronic devices as E-vapers, E cigarettes and similar. "

The whole statement must be read, not just parts of it. I choose not to inhale diacetyl - knowingly anyway! Just as I would never choose a liquid known to have DEG in it.

Remember, we really don't know what all we are inhaling and need to be careful. If something is a known hazard, and you can avoid that hazard....well, most people would avoid the hazard, not use it on purpose!

Default Thank Guad!

20 parts whatever base you like (mixture of nic juice, PG, and VG)
6 parts Lorann cranberry
1 part Lorann tropical punch
8 parts Lorann guava

Mixture will be 4/7 of your original base strength.

If the Pilgrims had had access to tropical fruits the course of world history may have been inexorably changed forever!

The sassy insouciance of the tropical fruit is reined in by the mature douceur de vivre of the cranberry.

I recently received my order of some Faeries Finest Flavors and I have found those to be excellent flavors that come in larger bottles than the ones from Lorann Flavors.

One thing I have experimented with is I will put:

10 Drops of base with nic I use 24mg tobacco flavor
2 Drops of Faeries Favorites 2x vanilla
1 Drop of Faeries Favorites chocolate

Gives a nice van/choc taste without overpowering the tobacco taste as well. I would say it's almost as if your smoking a nice smooth tobacco with just a hint of flavor to it without killing the tobacco taste.

Default Cinnamon Roll!

I just got my 1st Faerie's today: 5 assortment packs of 4. They look very natural. Miss Faerie makes them herself in Hawaiian Gardens.

6 parts whatever base you like (mixture of nic juice, PG, and VG)
4 parts Lorann Cinnamon Roll

Mixture will be 3/5 of your original base strength.

Boy, is that ever good! It's not just cinnamon, it's exactly a cinnamon bun!

Vaping it is like eating cinnamon buns all day long with no consequences.

How do they do that, anyway? Boil a cinnamon bun into a liquid?
