Variations in flavor sensitivity
I have found that my sensitivity to vapor flavor varies wildly, even during the same day, so much so that the notes I have been taking about various blends are almost worthless.
For example, I'll make a blend that has a nice flavor, and the next day it will seem tasteless...or too strong! This also happens with commercial eliquids, but to a lesser extent.
None of this happens to me with foods or liquids.
Does anyone else experience this?

In short - yes.
I think it has to do with both PG and VG. PG dries my mouth and sinuses out and stops me tasting the vapour properly (someone also mentioned something about alcohol in liquids drying throat out). VG seems to coat my mouth/throat so everything tastes "waxy" and hence a loss of flavour in vapour.
Despite both of the above I am still able to taste foods/liquids (not e-liquid) properly.
Kula.

Forgot to say I have only tried commercial liquids (adding my own VG to cut strength). I have not tried Lorann flavours yet.

yes, the flavor of vapor seems to fluctuate with me as well.

Yes this happens to me.
I would go so far as to say that in general my ecig experience is not as enjoyable as it once was.
Those first few weeks were total bliss (minus the liquid in the mouth etc).
I still enjoy it, but the flavors have changed in general for me. Must have something to do with getting my sense of taste back.
