So no water to dilute the VG? or do you cut the VG 50/50 with water? :P

Generally, water is only need to 'thin' a juice that is too thick. Only a tiny amount is required. Usually, the flavoring is sufficient for thinning the juice. Too much water will diminish the visible vapor.

I use a 50/50 PG/VG mix for my liquid. The 20 gauge syringes that I have are way too small and even though it can pull the liquid up, it's not very easily done. I am thinking of getting some 18 gauge syringes to try out.
I agree (and I am the OP). That was the point of my earlier comment about not recommending the syringe I had purchased.

I agree with this. You will notice in my OP that I recommended only a few drops and that is when using 100% VG. I have not found that the flavorings have reduced the viscosity of the VG enough by itself.

Not exactly. Yes, you want to use the distilled waster to thin out the VG enough, but the amount of flavoring you use should not be based on thinning. You want use whatever amount of flavoring is necessary to give you the taste you want. Afterwards you can worry about how much you may still need to thin with the water. So on your first try add flavoring first to the VG and then the distilled water. After you get to know your amounts, you can do things in whatever order you want.

LOL yeah you're right...that would be TOO much flavor to water it down with only the flavor. So far so good!

    Question More questions?

    Great post here
    Thanks for this..
Couple of questions come to mind...
When getting and using the cartomizers.(LOL I think that is the right term.... the carts that are pre filled and have the atomizer also..). if pre loaded and I choose to reuse.. which I am ..

this is kinda addressed here but need a little bit more..
    You said..
Additionally, the carts you bought will come with little rubber end caps (at least they do for the DSE601). Make sure you keep these and it is a good way to cap off a cart you aren’t using when you switch flavors
    how do you change flavors??
is there anyway to get the old flavor of the juice out and then add new?? or do you all just burn it off?? (talking like it is LIT...lol) Or is the changing the wick the only way to do this??

    Next question is..
The batting/ wick anyone happen to have a link to a video of what this process is and how it is to be done??

And you suggest keeping the cartridges full and then Cap them off correct??

I think the Cartridge/ Cartmaizer thing for some reason is throwing me off??
I get it that one has the atomizer included in it,,,but am confused what is not to get dry?? the automizer or the cartridge or the cartomizer? or all the above??

    Next question.
When making your own juice( nic free =without Nic) Can you make them different strengths of flavor? and does this affect the vapor amount in any way?... And sugarless..... OH My wondering now if the Chocolate I am vaping has sugar in it...it is from vapor king...HMMMM never thought about a Juice having something to make me FAT!!! This was SCARY...
    Thanks for this Heads up....

Most of the questions about liquid are answered in my sticky guide. Vapable flavors do not have sugar, although VG does break down into relatively insignificant amounts of sugar (maybe a couple calories). Your questions about cartomizers might be better answered in another part of the forum, this sub-forum is for liquid.
