Help??What is Recipe for vg/pg,0 nic, strong flavor? - E-Cigarette Forum

I'd like to try DIY, using vegetable glycerin, and gradually ween myself off of nicotine. But every e-liquid I try that is zero nicotine is extremely weak or flavorless, and I end up topping it with nic e-liquids just to give it some flavor, which defeats the purpose of buying zero nic. lol

Any suggestions would be extremely appreciated. I really believe if I keep stepping down the nic level, I can use my e-cig and enjoy it without needing to have nictine fix, and I think I could break my addiction to it once and for all, if I could mix my liquid to have enjoyable flavors. I haven't touched a cigarette since I started vaping (Have MS & smoked for 31 years)

Anyways, there are soooo many recipes on DIY, I'm totally confused and don't know how to do it. Do I have to us alcohol?

I tried reduced PG from Johnson Creek and my constant sore throat went away, so I want to mix VG and add flavorings.

What I'm trying to say, is how much VG, how much PG, and how much water do I use so it doesn't clog up my atomizer? And what can I use, to measure these amounts in ml so I get them right?
