Hi, I'm new with DIY liquid and would really like to try the menthol madness from the E-liquid recipe book.. Well I dont know how to measure the percentages in the mixture.. it says:
50% PA Spearmint
25% PA wintergreen
25% PA menthol flavor liquid
5 drops PA koolada

well which would be the best calculator to use and I would like to make it 12mg nicotine and I just dont understand any of the calculators. Also what concentration nicotine should I buy? I want the 50/50 pg/vg.. and should it be 36mg.. could someone help me?
