Does anybody have a base recipe for......
something similar to the the Vermillion Kentucky style flavors? I've noticed several vendors i've tried have a similiar "taste" so I assume there is a common base, but I have no idea how to start.
I think there is some caramel in there, perhaps some sort of a nutty flavor. What about Popcorn? I would swear I caught a hint of popcorn.
What about the tobacco-esque portion?
Any idea how to make something like this?

I've never tried that brand, but usually things with "Kentucky" in the name use a Burley tobacco base. It's kind of sweet...almost tea-like, but I love it. I'm not a huge 555 (hazelnut tobacco), but Desert Ship tobacco (FA) has a nuttiness that I love. In fact, I use it with banana all the time, and it's almost like banana bread. I have an MLB type tobacco on the way that is also supposed to be nutty (I just hope not in a 555 type way). TPA caramel is great, just use sparingly. They also have a double RY4 that smells nice and caramel-ly. Haven't tried it yet, though, only smelled it.
