I just got TPA Irish Cream in yesterday and mixed a batch last night. It's my first go-around with this flavor, and am still putting it through it's paces. At first sniff, it smells like it's potency lies somewhere between the subtle TPA RY4 Double (I mix this at 15%) and the much more potent TPA DK Tobacco (I mix this at 5% + 2 drops of ACV per 5ml of final mix). I mixed the Irish Cream @ 8% and tried it just 30 minutes ago. It's still weak, but I'm betting it'll get stronger as it steeps and ages. I hope this is helpful, and good luck with this flavor. If you have already pullet the trigger on it, let me know how it worked for you. Peace

EDIT: I forgot to mention that all my mixes are 50/50 PG/VG @ 18mg. This can have a bearing on how much flavoring will be required to achieve results similar to mine.

Mixed mine at 15% + 3drops caramel cappuccino in 30ml, on 8th day of steep can't wait to try.
