36mg no throat hit?

I bought marlboro, ry4, and tasteless 36mg liquid from bestecig to mix. i cut it down to 12mg which is what i normally vape. when i cut the already flavored liquid and add some more flavor of my own i always get a throat hit at 12mg, however even if i vape the 36mg straight up i get no throat hit whatsoever. would anybody know the reason?

That exactly hapenned to me with a 36mg unflavored e-liquid. See my question in this thread:

It was a VG based unflavored 36mg. No throat hit at all! zero. Nada! Totally transparent to my throat. After that I ordered more 36mg (this time PG based) from another suplier and the throat hit is very strong. Probably nothing to do with PG or VG... it is only my experience in this case.

I am planning to dilute this with PG to 24MG or maybe 18MG. I will test with a very small batch first. In the meantime I am vaping 24mg liquids from rockymountainvapor... very good and free shipping.
