no nic to cut the nic juice down to the concentration you want ie 36mg to 12mg...and you can use either pg or vg to do this....i use vg because nic juice in in pg already and i get better vapour with the vg

Your original recipe called for 6ml of PG.

You can substitute VG for PG - and PG for VG - in equal amounts, at any time.

So if your original recipe called for 6ml of PG, you can replace 4.5ml of it with VG.

Since you only have 4.5ml of VG, you need 1.5ml of PG to make it back to 6ml of "PG or VG"

oh ok let me see if I got this...so mix the VG i'm going to use 4.5 ml and 16 drops of vodka shlosh it around so it mixes well then add in 1.5 ml of PG to that mix. Then add mix the PG with nic, VG/PG without nic, and flavoring shlosh it around, and it should be the right consistancy and nic mg (36) to vape?

Is the main thing to keep out of trouble and danger to make sure the nic base never goes over 36 mg with that being on the high side which I don't plan on doing. So is this the formula that you can use to make sure your not getting too much nic in the mix?
Amount Nic Mg to add=Amount ml want / (Base NicMg/Target NicMg)
5.0ml=10ml / (48mg/24mg)

Are there any other % you want to keep under raps to prevent the mix from becoming possibly danerous like too much vodka becoming a fire danger?

Is vodka the only liquor you can use in your recipe or for cleaning or would Southern Comfort work? If looking at using a different type is there any % of alcohol underage or overage you would want to watch out for?

Your Base nic % can be any amount, I have 75mg nic base, BUT the target (what you want to vape) is up to you, personally I do not go above 24mg but I freinds that vape 36mg.

If you want the formula, it is ((The amount to make) / (The nic%base / the target nic%)) = the amount of nic base to use
The amount of PG no nic juice to cut it with to get TO the target nic% is (The amount to make - The amount of nic base to use)
or
((30/(24/40) = 18ml nic base
30 -18 = 12ml PG

I only add Vodka or PGA (Pure Grain Alcohol) if I add VG.
Proof does not matter as I never exceed 20% of the VG amount, ie 20% of 12ml of VG = 2.4ml PGA

You can use other alcohol spirits, the higher the proof the better for cleaning and vaping. No danger unless you are drinking PGA near and open flame

Hope this helps
Dan
