DIY #4 Vet help on flavor/company overviews?

Okay, I'm liking the way my Capella flavors are going in the Vivi... So I decided to try some other flavors... I'm not getting sucked into DIY... I'm not... So I bought

Flavorart-- Just butterscotch

Loranns super strength-- 4 of them all water soluable...

FA Professional Flavors-- 7 mostly fruit, one english toffee per reviews here...

Was just wondering if someone could give me a simple comparison of these vs. Capella... do they really need steeping? Strength? Chemically taste? Flavor change/time...

Capella is pretty simple--just add and go if you want... Was wondering what to expect with the rest... I'm not getting sucked into DIY... I'm not...

IMO FA will benefit the most from steeping because it is so condensed. I feel like the flavor change is dramatic with steeping using FA. Good luck to you.
