Thank you for going the extra mile Quovadis and checking out the VAT information. Also, thank you to all the Vapineers and potential mad scientists: all the work and self research was incredibly informative.
After all the reading and lurking in the DIY sub I'm beginning to think I can do this!

Well there is something distinctly hinky about the word 'hinky' IMO

Their company is 100% legit. I am very impressed, by their expertise and web set up.
I have ordered some flavors, and am sure they are top notch.
As for the VAT, they need to prove to the Italian authorities that the receiver has a Federal Tax ID in order to deduct VAT in Italy.
Since most orders are small and go through regular mail, VAT has to be charged to the end consumer.
This is to attest, that any suspicions on my behalf regarding this company were unfounded.
I look forward to receiving these new liquids.
I think you'll be pleased with their stuff. I don't have a ton, but what I have is great. Although it seems pricey, the 15ml bottles will last a LONG time, especially with the tobacco flavors which are quite strong (at least Latakia is).

I have a request, please. Could some of you who have multiple tobacco flavors from these folks please post some real world descriptions? I really want one that I could combine with some chocolate and caramel to approximate ry4. But I really don't want to buy one of each to figure out which ones would work for that.
thanks...

Well, a 15ml bottle of their Tiramisu flavor lasted my wife less than 2 weeks - and that was mixed with a bottle of TW Tiramisu.
We just placed another order last night. Among other stuff, we got 250ml of Tiramisu. That's not a type - she wanted 250ml.

She's gotta be using waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy more flavoring in her mixes than me then, or she vapes an insane amount. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but 15 ml would last me at least a week and a half if I wasn't mixing it with anything, including PG or VG. Just vaping straight flavoring.

Yeah, she does 30% flavoring for this stuff. Their regular flavoring isn't as strong as their tobacco, from what I understand.
But the big thing was the price difference. The price difference between 100ml and 250ml meant that it made sense to just get a lifetime supply for $10 more.

I'm sure some are more potent than others. The tobacco flavor that I have can be used in very small amounts. The caramel I have from there comes across pretty strong too, but I certainly use more of it than the Latakia in my mixes. The vape wizard is a good purchase as well and requires very little, lest you nullify the other flavors you use.
