need some recipe ideas...
Currently have these Lorann flavourings and I don't really have any ideas of what to do with them (apart from obviously just using them as stock flavourings).
Apple
Bavarian Creme
Caramel
Chocolate
Cinamon Roll
English Toffee
Got plenty of PG and high nic flavourless juice on the way, just looking for a few of your "favorite recipes" based on the flavours that I currently have.
I like sweet, creamy, chocolaty kind of flavours, but I am open to any suggestions and even getting a few more flavours for mixing (so long as they don't contain coffee).
Cheers!

MODS - PLEASE DELETE THIS THREAD - I DIDN'T NOTICE THE BIG-ASS RECIPE THREAD. SORRY.
.
First who is the manufacture of the flavors you have? That will make a big difference in the number of drops you use.
Also have you downloaded the ejuice calculator in my sig? As it has about 47 recipes in it.
And of course there is the Big-A$$ recipe thread LOL
You should be able to get ideas from those.
But here is a start:
Carmel Apple
9ml unflavored nic juice
28 drops Apple (Lorann)
12 drops Caramel (Lorann)

Thanks Scubabatdan, that does sound tasty!
(all my current flavourings are the "Lorann" brand, but I will be grabbing some of the "Decadant Vapours" line before Christmas.

scubadude, you beat me to the punch! Although to be honest, I like the ratio of apple to caramel reversed. But I totally agree: first thing that came to mind, as one of my Fall faves.
Bavarian creme was the first flavor I ran out of. Love it. It really likes caramel and chocolate, and just a drop or two to a 5 mL combo of any of these will bring those flavors out more. 2:1 toffee to choc gives something like heathbar, which is also very nice. I generally keep total flavor conc to about 20%. I prefer a graduated syringe to drops...cheap, accurate, and allows exact reproduction of a recipe (10ml Luer Lock Syringe w/17g Blunt Needle [10ml_Syr_17g] - $2.25 : JuicyLiquid.com, DIY E-Liquid and Accessories!). oh, and scuba's excellent e-juice calculator is generally up on my screen, and is used whenever I'm making a new flavor.
Drop size varies with what liquid you are adding. VG drops are big, flavor drops are generally smaller, due to differences in viscosity. And the syringe allows easy, clean, non-contact mixing...and for adding to a cart in use.
The cinn role with apple might be like strudel. I have all these save for cinn role, and they are among my favorites. Not convinced cinn is a good thing to vape, but then I haven't heard of any negative reactions either. Pure cinn flavor is an oil and should not be vaped for that reason, but cinn role is to my knowledge water soluble.
If you make a few mL of each at 20% you can see how they are with each other by topping off or dripping. After several drags from an all-toffee cart, top off with a drop of chocolate, and its will hang together as chocolate better than if it was premixed, more like eating a healthbar.
Have some vapilicious fun!

Okay, I've re-edited my opening post (again), I am getting some great ideas from you folks (specific to the flavours I have).
Really appreciate this...my flavourless nic juice should be here tomorrow, I will be trying all of these recipes!
BTW, I only have one syringe at the moment (with 18 gauge needle), but I will be ordering half a dozen more so I can get into my Lorann bottles...I tested with a glass dropper the other night, too thick, so your needle tip is good for other reasons (as well as the reason you listed).
Keep 'em coming guys.

This is sort of off topic, but I don't have the ability to post new threads yet, so I hope you don't mind.
I bought some 10ml sampler pre-mixes (24mg) from myfreedomsmokes.com.
They taste great (although it's a mellow taste), but the vapor production sucks.
If I got some VG from Wal-mart and mixed it 50/50 (or if you have a better suggestion), would it lose a lot of the flavoring?
And would that help with the vapor production?

Mix the VG with water, about 1 part H2O with 5 parts VG (adjust as you like) to lower the viscosity of the VG.
Mix 1 part VG/H2O with 2 or 3 parts of your 24 mg stuff, to get 16 mg/ml (1:2) or 18 mg/ml (1:3)
Go ahead and try the 50/50, too.
They should all produce a lot more vapor, but I don't know how the flavor will stand up.

Thank you very much. I'll let you know how the flavor turns out.

Is it true that the more flavor you add the less vapor it produces?

Yes, but it depends on the flavor, most flavors are water base and some are PG based. The water based ones will decrease the amount of vapor the more you add. The PG based ones you can actually vape straight but I would not recommend it as you may never get the flavor out of your attomizer
Hope that helps
Dan
