Wake up Juice
Many of you have already done this I’m sure, but the following process worked really well for me.
Wake up Juice: (Coffee Flavored)
Ingredients:
Ground Coffee beans
36mg Unflavored Nic Juice (PG based)
I started by grinding some high quality Costa Rican coffee beans in a coffee grinder.
Take the coffee grounds and add them to 36mg Unflavored Nic Juice in a 2/1 ratio. In other words, add 1 part coffee grounds to 2 parts nice juice.
For a 6ml test batch;
6ml 36mg Unflavored Nic Juice (PG based)
3ml Coffee Grounds
Put them in a small plastic/glass jar, put the lid on and let them sit for three days. Shake the jar at least twice a day or more if you can. After three days, pour the liquid through a tea strainer to remove all the big stuff from the mixture. There will be some fine particulate matter still left in the mixture so it’s not ready to vape yet. Take a coffee filter and line a funnel and pour the mixture into the funnel and let it drip into another small plastic/glass bottle. This will take several hours as the PG is thick as compared to water, but it’s worth the wait. I haven’t done this with VG but VG may be too thick to properly filter. You may also have about 1ml of nic juice that does not make it through the filter so there is a bit of waste with this process.
Once the mixture has gone through the coffee filter, you’re ready to vape. It has a strong coffee flavor and the 36mg nic juice really wakes you up. Two hits in the morning and you’re ready to meet the day. If you want to add additional flavorings, knock yourself out. I’d love to see variations of this recipe posted.

Ok, since my coffee infusion wasn't original, i came up with yummy variation. I call it;
Russian Tea
2ml coffee nic juice from the recipie above
2 drops Lorann Cinnamon oil
2 drops Lorann Orange oil
It tastes just like Russian Tea. And it's good.

From what I've been told, those LorAnn oils will ruin your atomizer. If they were not labeled as "oils", they would be okay.

That's a fear that some people have, but many people don't. The ones who worry don't use oils, the ones who use oils say there's no problem. There are many people who use such oils without noticeable problems.

I've read pros and cons on both sides. I clean my attys on a regular basis and haven't had any problems with atty life. And this vape is so yummy I wouldn't care if I lost a day or two off my atty life.

Scottes,
I should really IM you with this, but I'm a rummy too and have looked at your Rum Review Blog on occaison. Have you ever tried any DYI with rum. I've been tempted but haven't gotten around to it yet. If you have any good DYI recipies using rum I'd sure like to try them.

I used to try making my own tobacco liquids, and I used an unused cigarette filter on a syringe needle as the final filtering step. Stick the filter (no need to remove paper) on the needle til it's about halfway through and use the syringe to suck up your creation through the filter. Remove filter and squirt the liquid into another container, reinstall filter and repeat as necessary. It's WAY faster with small amounts and a lot less waste.
I might just try this method one day. I gave up coffee cuz it bothered my stomach too much, so this might be a good replacement.

Cheese graters could also be marketed and sold as sponge ruiners. Think about it.

This sounds like a great idea. But the very small coffee grinds would probably be too big to get through the needle. I'm making another batch of coffee DYI right now. This time i'm going to use a cut up tea bag to filter it. That should do the trick as it is much thinner than a coffee filter.
Give this coffee DYI a try. It really makes a very good vape.
