Adding alcohol for TH?

How much alcohol should be added to increase TH without destroying flavor?

A drop at a time? I think it will depend on your taste buds, what you consider a good TH, the thickness of your juice (can't make it too thin), and the proof of the alcohol.

I would drip from a 3ml bottle adding a drop or two of alcohol until you find what works for you and then apply that to a larger batch. You might need to add some VG after awhile if the juice gets too thin.

What if I cut the VG with pure grain. Is there a ratio that should go with that. I like a moderate throat hit. I wanna feel it going down not just see it coming out.

Less than 10% should be enough to add TH. You can always add more - tough to take it out!

I've heard a ratio of 10% thrown around for adding PGA. Probably a good place to start.

What about regular Vodka, I think its 80 proof, around 40-50 perecent alcohol.

I cant get PGA around here. Anyone else used regular with good results?

I use a little less than 10% with my 151. Of course, 151 is only suitable for certain liquid flavors.

It doesn't matter much to my taste buds. I can use Everclear, Tequila, or Vodka and it doesn't change the flavor. So the quality of vodka probably doesn't matter too much either.
