You made a good inquiry--do not know why they do not list that right on their website--Try Lorann-- www.lorann.com as they tell you if they are water soluable and if they contain food coloring which you do not want!! No food coloring unless you want red or green or black teeth!!! lol--Hope that helps--Sun
