LorAnn vs. Bickford???

Does anybody have a preference of LorAnn or Bickford flavors? Is one better than the other? Has anybody compared say Apple to Apple? I was just curious because I have been looking at ordering some flavors.

EJfan--I have tried ever flavor from each, and other then a few, that are nothing to worth mentioning--they are both good--there really is no difference. --So have fun with either company or both like I did--Sun

LorAnn do not use diacetyl in their flavourings, Bickfords say this "As far as diacetyl in our products, most of our products are diacetyl-free, however, we cannot guarantee that for all our products."

Diacetyl causes lung disease.

I should have also said that I've asked Bickford which specific flavours use diacetyl and am waiting for details.

I want to try the cheesecake! Does anyone know if these can be bought locally? Where would I try to find them? The shipping is a little expensive. My order was $2.50 and the shipping was $8.50 going through LorAnn.
