Wicking problem

So I got some no flavor juicy from David Yang and I am making some flavors up now. My 1st shot seem to be Ok since I am using Jaaxx spreadsheet for the % I need. The consistence seems to be the same as my other purchased eliquids but the one I just made will not wick up that well. Is the juice to thin or thick when it will not wick? Here was my formula:

I think (but am not certain) that if your cartridge filler doesn't soak up or release the eliquid then it's too thick.
