PTB cart mod?

I'm using the whistle tip carts on my 510 but I figured I ask the experts. What cart mod works well. I use the PTB in the original 510 carts and they work great but now that I'm using the whistle tips I wanna make sure they will work. I love these things.

You posted your question in the DSE901 thread but from my experience with different models, the PTB's work in all of the different carts whether they're round or the whistle tips.

i just finished putting the PTB in the flat tips and it works just the same as the round ones. only i just cant seem to find the right amount of PTb to use. to much and it dont wick to the atty...to little lots of leakage.

i think i got the right amount but i used about 20 drops to fill and it took 23 (avg of 4 to 6 sec) drags and i had to top off and the cart only took 3 drops.

so im thinking the PTB holds the liquid in but doesnt wick enough to get more vaping out if it. although 20 to 23 drags was pretty good!

I posted in this forum cuz I'm using the 901 carts. Oh well.

I agree max, I can't seem to find the right amount of filler to get in to make them work like my round carts.

I've been mixing it up with fluval as the main absorber and filtered with a small strip of PTB. Seems to work great. No burning strands, wicks well and fills fast.

seems to still be going strong. 8)
