Default Burnt atomizer?? Help Please!

I am using the SE Gold edition (I know, I know, don't shoot me its my first e-cig lol). I've had it for about a week now I just had a cartridge in (prefilled) last night. Just now I noticed it had a weird taste I wanna say a burnt taste but I'm still able to get an ok amount of vapor. Is it Dried out? What do I do?

I have seen the 4081's (SE Gold) get a filler stuck on the atty bridge and cause this problem. You have to be careful not to twist the cart when it is on the atty or it will get caught up in the bridge and leave some filler behind to burn.

Also, have you been using the same cart since last night? If so, it's gotta be dry by now I usually got about an hour on a cart.

If you've got juice, just top off your cart and put a single drop on your atty. Should fix it up. If you don't have juice, get some. you're gonna need it

Also, you will still be getting some vape when you hit that burnt atty taste, that's how you know when it's time to top off.

Thanks highping! unfortinitely I've been using already filled carts for the past week now. Each one I change every other night only if it seems like the flavor is gone and nothing is coming out when I exhale. When I went to my e-cig guy, he told me if the cart sponge thingy looks small then that means its lacking juice. I'm planning on getting some Sunday that's my payday For now I just changed carts and it tastes a little better. Didn't know about the drop in the atty trick.

Ick, nope, I was wrong.... went right back to that burnt taste....

This sucks, I'm stuck till Sunday and I still have analogs but I'm trying really really hard to stay within my 4 a day (I WAS a half a pack to a pack a day smoker) and with this e-cig I'm doing suprisingly well... except now the burnt taste is getting to me to the point where I can smell it.

And I guess the only solution I have is to not touch it till I go to my e-cig guy and hope to get a replaced atty or somehow fix it for me since I have no liquid
