if it just happened once i'd guess the dreaded cleaning cycle.
if it always does it i'd say the switch in the battery is stuck closed.

i've seen some posts on tapping, gently blowing/sucking on the battery to unstick it.
some with success, some not.
personally i won't mess with a battery if it means risking an atomizer.
i would contact the supplier and get an exchange for a new one if you can.

I've had that happen with a few batteries but haven't found a solution yet. I was just reading the thread on using compressed air (Can or compressor) and was wondering it that might unstick a switch on a battery..

Default blue light when charging

I have the usb charger for my e-cig and whenever i plug it in it starts out with the red light on the charger but then changes blue and stays like that. when i go to smoke it, it takes a couple puffs then starts blinking as if it never charged. Has anyone else had this problem? Maybe i need a new battery? but i just got it

I gave up on my peewee and gave it away. New owner says he likes it but I haven't checked recently. Seems I did have a battery issue and Steve replaced it without question.

It could be the power source or charger or battery so you need to try different permutations until you figure it out.

POWER SOURCE A - CHARGER A - BATTERY A
POWER SOURCE A - CHARGER A - BATTERY B
POWER SOURCE A - CHARGER B - BATTERY A
POWER SOURCE B - CHARGER A - BATTERY B

etc....
