Totally Wicked sells a leather case.

Trog also sells a leather case at ecigscrewdriver.com. I imagine it would fit the Mark II as well as the Mark I.

I am a female here but I use a large M&M's tube. fits perfectly
For men, I have also heard that a maglite belt clip works quite well.

I have a Screw Driver, like to give you heads up on the button, which has a spring, that has a way of getting lost, if you don't periodically check on it, like I didn't......so now every time I battery change I check on the screw just to be sure it's tight. Happy vapping.

I have a plastic cigar tube that adjusts to diff length. Works great for all my mods, sd mkI, mkII, and my xhaler. I just put it in my pocket atty side down for the SDs.

I've got the leather case, but a stiff pencil case also works.

As a portable case, I use an old sunglass case for my Ego and extra items when not going out of town. I can even get a small bottle of juice in it..For me, it keeps it all together...Enjoy

    I have this

Leather carry case for you SD.

But it would be better if it had a belt hoop
