    Default USB power

    I posted here yesterday about how I had converted the standard battery on my classic pen to use an external battery. So far tests are ok but I looked at another thread here....looked at my converted battery with the wires hanging out...grabbed an old USB cable and wired it up.

    Amazing. Hit the switch, take a draw and no battery can match that. Since I spend a lot of time in front of a computer anyway....

    Tons of vape.

    LOL ...

    I swear, I use a battery for about 30 minutes to and from work each day. On the PC at work or home, I have the USB, and even when I sit down to watch a laker game or movie, I have a USB long extension that reaches across the room so I can still use it ... LOL

    It's a raggly looking contraption. More of a proof of concept. Now that I know it works so well, I'll make another one much nicer looking.

    Now for that automobile / lighter plug mod......

    Heh. My laptop sits right next to me on an end table by the couch.

    I'll be lucky if my batteries last for my hour commute. For some reason these batteries and I just don't play nice together.
