I was under the impression that 2 cr123a's would be just about the same size as a single 18650 battery. I'd think they'd fit no problem. I think the rechargeables are the same size as the one time use ones.

For the Chuck, you should use rechargeable CR2 3v batteries with the adapter you can buy from Jeff.
Welcome to focalprice.com | The lowest Price for DS R4 lite,PSP Slim,Genuine Earphone,SONY EX71 EX082?PS2,Macbook Accessories etc.
And you may be able to use the rechargeable CR123A batteries without an adapter.

You can find these batteries on other sites, like dealxtreme, or even EBay.

I use protected rechargable cr123's that run at 3.7 v or 4.2 fully charged! in my chuck. they fit fine. So 8 volt vaping
is an option also. But for you weaklings out there the protected 3 volt cr123's will work fine also. The chuck is on damn fine unit.
