First Review : The Silver Bullet
There's already been a lot said about this device (everything I've read about it stands up). So I'll try not to overlap too much with other reviews.
Supplier:
Sean at Silver Bullet v1.1 (I'm Canadian, eh)
Ordered on Thursday.... received on Monday. I chose the Black (and had a hell of time deciding between that and the silver) but I recieved an email from Sean stating that the Black was back ordered 2 weeks, but he had Silver in stock. I'd heard the Black paint can chip if you mistreat the device (and I didn't want to wait, heh), so silver it was.
Build quality, buton, battery life - you've read about this device. Pure quality. I hope in the future devices like this can be mass produced so the price can come down, though I am still entirely satisfied with my purchase:
Silver Bullet
charger and 2 x 3.7v
charger and 2 x 3v
anti-locking thread compund
$199 CND shipped.
3.7 volt
Just like a just fresh dripped 510 with a fresh charged battery - every hit! Consistency, consistency, consistency.
6 volt
No more super long drags! My lungs are still recovering from 18 years of heavy smoking and this is huge for me. 2-3 sec drag and MASSIVE vapour and superior throat hit. Closest to an analogue I've come yet... an analogue that taste like chocolate that is! Also, I got used to primer puffs (puff, puff like a pipe than long long drag) - No longer needed, just hit it and obscure the sun with vapour!
This device is impressive, highly recommended.

I'm loving my SB! I'm using 510's and the atty's are lasting a long time, UNLIKE when I used 901's and a different device.

Ya, 510 all the way.
6v vaping has ruined 3.7 vaping for me! In a good way... I still love my little 510, but I'm not getting much play outta my 3.7v batt for the SB. Took my SB out for the day with me for the first time with 6v config and it lasted 12 hours! And I was not using it lightly... the vapour production dropped very slightly after about 8 hours to more or less a new batt 510 but it was still going strong after 14 hours when I threw the batts back in the charger. I bet I could get 2+ days outta this on 3.7 though.
I can't comment on atty life yet, I'm gonna use this SB only for 6v and try and to update how the atties stand up.

I dunno, 6v. is kinda hardcore for me on the SB. My CR 123 batteries charge to 3.7v.+, so I'm vaping at +7v. for a while. Hottttt! I liked your engraving idea in another thread. I've seen some guns with some pimp ass engraving that would work well on a SB.

If anyone takes anything from this forum is that everyone finds their own style that works for them. I like the fact that I can take short draws and get big vapour and a hit instead of priming and sucking on a device for 6-10 seconds to get a decent exhale.
Ya, I'm keen on the engraving idea... gonna have to wait for awhile, blew my load on the SB, so to speak.

I hear ya! My SB works GREAT just before the CR123's die, I assume that's around 5v. It's a bit much at 7.4 volt, lol. Is that a Misfits poster in the background of your pic?

Ya, I can't believe that battery life they last an entire day for me (about 16 hours before they totally quit). I haven't really used the Ultrafire 3.7s that much, but I assume they would last for days...
Yup, Misfits... 1977-1982, R.I.P.

Saw the Misfits a few times in NYC in the 80's, original lineup, Samhain too. Had all the cool 7"'s like Halloween, Evilive, etc. Fun times! They weren't that popular back then, but few hardcore bands were-

Wow, cool. I've seen vids of some those early shows (Doyle must have learned how to play guitar much later) Saw each of the newer lineups but I never considered them 'The Misfits' and never really got into their records. Caught Danzig in '88 I think in Toronto and they did a couple Misfits tunes. Wish I coulda caught Samhain live... Original Misfits, probably one of my favourite bands ever.
For a laugh check out my old band covering 'Halloween':

I saw them twice, I bought the Walk Among Us LP right from the merch guy at the show and talked bass w/Jerry the 1st time in Ct. Saw them again in NYC right when Earth AD came out, Glenn walked the audience and I talked with him for a min. That was a pretty crazy show. I saw that 1st Danzig tour as well, I remember they tore up some old Misfits tunes. I was a member of the "Fiend Club" and used to order t-shirts right from them.
Back to vaping (lol), I've been using my SB on 6v, I think my rechargeables wore down a little so it's not so harsh, they were pushing 7.5v on fresh charge, a bit much.
