The E-Cigarette in Public Have you used e-cigarettes in no-smoking areas? How did those around you react? Is it the perfect way around the smoking ban?

hopefully in most cases you are dealing with cops with integrity and this is true

i am not saying you are wrong - technically you are right but maybe in a past tense - ' the way america used to be or should be ' way

i don't think the modern oh fish all needs evidence or even a good excuse to arrest whomever civillian they chose any longer

constantly in the news you see individual leo's - cities - states and feds making / changing / breaking laws that heretofore were constitutional protections for us citizens from gov powers

to prove my point - there is a video on youtube from a couple of years ago of the former head of the nsa - hayden is his name i think - he flat out states that if there is anything that the nsa knows about - it is the 4th amendment and he says that the 4th amendment is not about probable cause but about reasonable searches

yeah - i just checked - go to youtube and search ' michael hayden nsa '

my guess is that pretty soon - nicotine will be considered a controlled substance and only sanctioned forms would be allowed ( big tobacco )

anyway - enough of that - i could go on forever - don't get me started about cps or dcf or planned parenthood ...

now

Kids say the darnest things. I also enjoy the humor that while you were within 50 feet of the premises the officer not only allowed you to vap he also joined in.
Nice job of corrupting a cop. jk

My 4 year ol is soo cute. I got an order for a case and charger in the other day, it did not come in a box. Came in 8 feet of bubble wrap. (kids favorit toy )lol so she tried to stomp on it to pop them but could not keep it from slipping all over the floor. so next she went and got tape and taped it to the floor and then got her tap shoes and tapped dance on the bubble wrap for hours

THANK YOU china for a free toy for my kiddo :-)

My 4 years old son loves when mommy makes a order because he knows he gets the bubble wrap lol Hubby however just keeps lookin at me funny as if to ask do you REALLY need more stuff( he doesn't say anything because he want to support me)? His fault he (a non smoker) got my first one as a anniversary gift I laughed and said for him I would try once again.

That is just adorable. I remember when my nephew was 4 (he turned 12 yesterday) my sister was walking out of the Wal Mart bathroom and he saw this lady and said with conviction: "You sure are FAT!" My sister said "Logan!" He said "Well, sorry, she is.." The lady said "Honey, kids tell the truth." Poor lady.

My little brother calls it a "fake smoke" .. that seems easy enough since his vocabulary is only about 30 words or so right now. When I read your original post I started laughing that's so cute

just wanted to give my $0.02

aha - with a name like that - i suppose you would freeze up -
i assume you are wanted alive rather than dead - probably the reason why you are interested in going smoke free ?

have you ever heard the phrase :

freeze - it's the police !

that is when you know you are really wanted ...
