Haven't used anything with Carto's yet myself, all my kits are 3 piece and since getting my PV/Mods I have taken up dripping, much better vapor and flavor.

I have heard too many scary things about Carto's to give em a try, have seen actual pic's from ECF threads of Carto's with burnt up insides, not for me thanks......

Congrats Metso, I too have quit smoking about 26 days ago, and I'm much happier Vaping.
I was smoking two packs a day of Marlboro Blend #27, and right now I'm only vaping at 11mg of juice.
All that brown and yellowish gunk your coughing up is the tar and other bs from analogs.

I too have noticed my smell improving.

Keep with it, your doing good.
