New Store - Vapor-Pure

So, I'm getting a little concerned. Has anyone heard anything from Vapor-Pure in a while? I'm waiting on a couple of order fulfillments, and communication just stopped. Of course, it's the holidays and they did say that their shipping dept was closed, but I would think they'd keep up the customer service communication...

I haven't heard anything yet either. I placed an order on sunday and I am waiting for 2 replacement batteries as well. I don't think we should be concerned quite yet. It is the holiday so I am giving the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully by the 5th, we will have some of our questions answered. I'll post if I hear anything before then.

They had batteries on Sunday? I thought they'd been out of everything but juice for a while.

no, he is sending me new batteries because one of the batteries in my 510 kit was DOA so he was making it right. I just hope he put them aside when he told me he was gonna replace them so i dont have to wait till he restocks

Was it the 510 PCC kit?

no, it was the standard 510 kit with 1 man batt and 1 auto batt

I got the PCC kit and the PCC was junk. His solution was very satisfying to me, but only if it actually happens. As it's been a couple of weeks, and I haven't gotten anything else, I'm becoming a little worried... Nothing to do with him, but when you're talking about a new supplier that just disappears for a while...

i totally understand where you are coming from. the holidays kind of shut down a lot of small businesses and sometimes the customers suffer. i hope we both get what we were promised. if he follows through, i will defiantly be a return customer.
