I just hope that it is all in relation to the vacation. I'll give him the credit of the doubt for a couple days, but I don't have any orders in, so it is easier for me. I'm just doing a mental evaluation since they sold out of the Rivas before I could get one.

im trying to give the benefit of the doubt too. its just hard when he said he will be responding to emails during the holidays and he's not communicating with anyone. this is the only online vendor that i have purchased from so far and its giving me a bad taste in my mouth.
You're right, Freaky. Doug was outstanding with his interactions here on ECF and I think that's why the non-communication seems so atypical
I sent him a message about some issues I was having with pre-filled carts that came with my 510 starter kit I got from him during the sale last month not fitting the attys (really loose and leaks all over the place) and never heard back. Then last week the button fell out of one of the 510 batts. I sent quite a few people to his site to get their first e-cigs and I just hope they don't have issues as well. I really would hate to have to take complaints when I can't even get my own issues resolved with him =(

Ok, update, and it's good news. I just got an e-mail from Doug, the owner. He's still there, they had some issues, but Vapor-Pure is NOT a scam. Breathe easy, everyone.
