I haven't been requiring it to be paid until it's finished, but some people have paid in advance... doesn't matter to me. Now whenever I get around to paying for my ssl certificate and have the add to cart feature on my site (need to find time ) then people will be able to just choose options from a dropdown and it will be paid in advance.
