    Default Pillbox prices

Hi i notice that i am being accused of raising my prices to pay for a branded and UK packaged kit.. Not true..

It has cost a lot of money to set THE ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE COMPANY up.. I wont be selling the branded kits on ebay and most certainly i have not lost my way In fact im right on track..

The UK public deserve an Electronic Cigarette that reflects the UK consumer...We have the correct CE and Rohs accreditations on the packaging and correct health warnings, this is important for the wider marketplace..

Online sellers are fine but its limited... I will drive my product nationwide and in years to come it will be the market leader..
Other colours on the way in uniformly coloured packaging... By the way the pink kit is selling extraordiarily well..

Hi Pillbox! My leaky atomiser is still not working too great but the other atomiser is holding up (me mate who bought it for me is too busy to bother with returns hehe) I especially like the smoking signs, my dad still hasn't seen the manager in his pub to put the sign up but hopefully his e-cigar I will order for him from you will fix that, he likes the tobacco cigar, he will love the e-cigar!! Hopefully the customers also will see the sign, like what they see and buy one from you too!

Tribal master...Thats the idea.. Why hide the E.CIG and the right for smokers to enjoy an Electronic cigarette in public???

The sign is all about advising the public and businesses that have lost trade(Which is virtually everyone) with the introduction of the smoking ban..

Of course its advertising for our business, But what is wrong with that????

As far as i can see nothing...

Too many E Smokers are fearful of smoking their cigarette in public, the Electronic Smoking sign Will help alleviate this...By the way if you return the atomiser i will exchange for you..

I not so good at ordering stuff off the net tho I will try my best to do myself next time hehe!

Is it normal for an atomiser to get a bit weak after a week, all the demonstrations I have been doing may have something to do with its short life, its still going tho, just needs a little help!!

JITC...Thats the logic behind the coloured cigarette.. I have been toying with the idea of a flourescent cigarette for ravers...With a multi coloured LED..

Plenty of scope to expand the product range, demand is high for the Trade Marked Electronic smoking stickers with plenty of Public houses contacting us directly to have extra stickers sent out..

Looking forwards to the black kit arriving with matching black filters...Best to keep things compatible...

Seems to have been lots of disappointment with the news DSE filters, the manufacturers quoted leakage problems as the reason for the switch to the smaller tips.

Lots of customers quite rightly felt cheated..

After some serious discussions with my manufacturer they agreed to manufacture me a new filter, i have this in stock now for the pink dse with a black plastic mould for correct colour co-ordination..

These filters i believe are only available from myself as everyoneelse is still getting the new poorer quality cartridge..

Took some work but good to have a longer lasting more durable cartridge to supply for my customers..

Jason, that's total bollocks and you know it !!

Read this post from Simon on the 16th of July Mini DSE901 Users Please Read...

He's at least up front with his customers and lets them know there is a problem.

I bought from you and unless I'd raised the issue of the small carts you would never have mentioned it to me would you ?

Also in an email to you I mentioned that one of the atomisers you supplied had some paint missing from it, I didn't ask at that point for it to be replaced, I was rather hoping you may have picked on the fact I wasn't happy and offered it ... but you didn't even bother.

So for you to come on here and say that you have the power to change manufacturing process in China ... mate just who the feck do you think you are, get over yourself !!

I like the Rave version idea, but instead of all flourescent, maybe make part of it, like the atomizer, transparent so you can see it working. Maybe even add a useless LED to make the inner workings look sci-fi-ish.

Michael.. Its a reality... If you received a scratched atomiser i apologise.

You were not the first to raise the issue regarding the cartridges... The fact is lots of customers did..

The point i was raising was not that i have some magical powers to alter the chinese production mechanism, rather that as i do buy in large quantitys and spend over $60k per month with the manufacturer i have dealt with for well over a year i do get listened too.

Please buy elsewhere, you wont get the same cartridges that i now have, you probably dont want them.. Ok. But one thing i can assure my customers of is that i take action..

The cartridges i have coming through for the DSE are very similar in barrel depth and capacity to the originals.. Not all my stock is the same but within a month the shallow old DSE cartridges will be exhausted...

With regards your insinuation that i do not listen or care what my customers think, maybe you should think again.

Thast;'s what I think too- we either need to hide the device for as long as possible, or throw all caution to wind and start adversing heavily and get htese thigns well known by hte public.
