Still trying to figure that one out. One option is a pretty expensive machine, but I am trying to figure out a different option, because a pretty expensive machine right now is not an option.

Has anyone tried modding the dual coil clear cartos or is the plastic not an option with tanks?

I will be away from the computer for a few hours but will check back this evening. I have black 3.7 mods ready for shipping and will look for any orders this evening. Black 5v and 3.7v are on track for shipping on Monday, and will also build a couple of each in white, as I know there is a bit of interest. VV are only black, and do not come with an LED.

I want to elaborate on this further now that I am at a normal keyboard. I filled the tank 3 times, with 3 different flavors. Not sure if that had something to do with the burnt juice flavor or now. I know know the difference between burnt juice flavor and burnt filler, and this was burnt juice flavor. I am on a vv, and do not have a voltage meter set up yet (I am going to be building one next week) I could have possibly had it turned up too high. I find two of my favorite juices get scorched at 5v with a 3 ohm carto (I am guessing that is somewhere around 11 or 12 watts (EDIT: I have been corrected, its about 8 watts) , and is a bit too much for these juices)

I plan on ordering some dual coils to try in this, as I have been seeing more consistency in the Dual Coils than I have with the boges lately. I also may try modding some dual coils myself. I just loaded a new carto in this thing, and plan on sticking with one flavor and will report back in a day or two. I do not think my problems have anything to do with the tank itself, but more the cartos, juice, and voltage I am running, as my voltage is pretty much an unknown right now.

I'm still having to top it off to keep it wet, like with using just a carto the normal way. ugh! Not what I was hoping for with that!! I did make sure the top of the carto was loaded/wet like the instructions said, but alas...it's still drying out at the top...with the tank full. IDK. Kinda defeats the purpose IMO if I still have to top it off all the time. (One of them is a dark joose, the top of my carto should not be white if it were staying fully soaked like it should be?? LOL.) Maybe I am really confused about this, and/or still doing something wrong and will check it out more. Just wanted to give my findings 2cents on the tank after 24 hrs of use on my boxmods. I got the Liquinator 3ml 510.

Yeah, I'm there now. Not reading back thru 190+ pages though. LOL. Hopefully I can find some answers. First glance, I'm not the only one experiencing this white and dry thing.

ok, this is one rply I have gotten...and it leaves me at odds in a way.

That's just how it goes... If you adjust the liquinator draw by pushing it all the way down so there is barely any air flow at all you can syphion the juice up to the top of the filler... It will need to be repeated if you wanna have the filler wet all the way to the top... Other wise, don't worry about it, that's just how it works...

So...if this is the way it works...and I want an easy draw...do I risk damaging my carto with a white dry top??

ETA: This also makes me wonder just how far down is it dry? Is it wicked half way, only a fourth of the way, or is it only dry at the top.

I am still new to all this vaping stuff compared to a lot of ppl here, but this confuses the hella out of me. LOL.

I don't want to push the tank down to no air flow (hard draw). And shouldn't have to IMO to keep the carto wicked fully to the top. IDK.

"Don't worry about it..." the reply said. Really?! At $2.50 a pop for a slotted carto (unless you mod them yourself), call me crazy but yeah...I'd be worried & thinking about prolonging the life of that carto as long as possible.

Sorry to hijack your FBM thread here Steve. I just want ppl that are thinking of buying a tank to know my issues as well, with the tank used on my foxyboxmods.


Bottom line is...I love love my boxmods. The tank is still up for review. LOL.
