Ludo, your lack of an answer is unsettling. We really need to know what kind of fiber you and your factory are putting in the atomizer. Why do we need to know? Here's some safety info an ingredient that is in most synthetic fibers:
ACRYLONITRILE
Acrylonitrile is a flammable and reactive liquid, clear or slightly yellowish in color, with a faint odor. It is used to make synthetic fibers and polymers. Acute exposure irritates the eyes, nose, throat and lungs. High exposure levels can cause weakness, headache, confusion, nausea, vomiting, and collapse. At the highest exposure levels fluid build-up in the lungs (pulmonary edema) may lead to death. Chronic exposure may interfere with the thyroid gland. Acrylonitrile is a probable human carcinogen.
Here's some info on nylon burning (it's actually illegal in some states in the US to burn nylon due to the hazards involved):
HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS: Burning may produce CO, CO2, NOx, HCN.
FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARDS: FUMES AND VAPORS EMITTED FROM THE DECOMPOSITION AND COMBUSTION PRODUCTS MAY BE TOXIC.
Again, not saying your product has any of these, but I think it's important that consumers know.

It is a heat-resistant aromatic polyamide fiber!

Awesome Ludo, thanks a lot for the info. Any safety reports in particular available on this polymer to convey it's harmlessness in the application you are using it for?

You'll find tons of info when googling this. We do not post any company related documents anymore since they are being copied and photoshopped by some suppliers! We have all necessary legal ROHS, TUV, SGS, and CE reports for exporting our products, all these reports are shipped with each batch we send to Europe for Customs to check. We have lab reports from the University of Naples for our liquids, they are totally safe. We have safety approved lab reports from the TUV institute in Germany. We have safety approved SGS reports, safety approved ET-M reports, safety approved toxilogical reports... I feel we have more safety approved reports then is needed for the export of nuclear containers
