Sorry I should have re-phrased, I meant to ask a version similar to that cigar but rechargeable/cartridge replaceable. I love the Janty Kissbox Classic, but I feel more satisfied with the round ends (hole in centre) and big cigars feel good to smoke and outperform

    Hey Ludo,

After all the recommendations for the Yentl i finally bought one. When it arrived i read through the manual because i know how sensitive ecig parts can be and in doing so put the first battery (auto) on charge for the 16 hours.

When it had finished i started smoking it for the 20minutes that was recommended in which case i got barely and vapor and little to no throat hit at all. I thought to myself that this is probably normal. i then put the battery back on charge for another 4 hours.

When i took the battery off i was getting very wimpy vapor and no throat hit, i then changed carts and again the same thing. Now this being my first ecig im not too sure what to do. so i gave it a brake while the other battery (manual) charged. When i took this one off i connected it and it was completley dead. I thought i was doing something wrong so i held it up to my ear and listened for the sizzle but still. nothing.

I then put it aside and put the auto switch back on which is pretty much at full charge. Now the auto switch wouldn't cut off, the LED wouldn't flash and in about 45min the battery ran dead. i took the batt off and sucked on it to see if my atomizer was blocked but that wasn't the case. For some wierd reason the battery went flat.

im not too sure if its common to have 2 faulty batteries but i must say not a very good first experience

i understand its no fault of yours but im just not sure were i stand. I emailed JEff but he must be away from his computer and i was looking for some quick advice.

    thanks in advance

Seems your set is fully dead! Quick advice: ask to replace by the KISSBOX CLASSIC STANDARD SERIES

well i bougt the yentl because of the smaller form factor, i have all these cartridges and i would like to keep it. What im wondering is, is this a common issue?

if i get new batteries and atomisers will this fix it?

    Ludo,

Is it kosher to trade an auto switch for a manual? I'm on my second faulty auto switch from Jeff and it's just sitting in my case. My manual switch is working but it's getting kind of sticky. However, I much prefer it to the auto switch.

    cheers

Ludo, I'm a bit confused, please could you clear this up for me.

Leaford had just reviewed a Janty Classic and said some very impressive things about it. I had a look at the Classic on Janty Europe and noticed that the atomiser is the same price as the Kissbox atomiser. They come in different colours so I'm not sure if they are the same product or not. Then I had a look at the Janty USA site and there the atomisers are not the same price.

What I'm wondering is if Leaford has a Classic that is different to the ones sold in the European shop? If it's a different batch or design or something, or does the review he did apply to the Classics sold in Europe too. Why are the atomisers in Europe the same price and the ones in the US a different price?

We do not need any coupons, the service is excellent, and they will replace any broken parts without a problem.

That's more than good for me.
