Here qre my thoughts. I think that the navigation is a little difficult to understand and find. When I chose an item on the left, the navigation no longer showed all the options. The top nav is not sticking out and took me a while to find. I would also like if you used a solid background behind the content. This will make the text easier to read. Still keep the background image behind the content section for looks.

As far as products. Please carry some clearos. I personally no longer use polyfill and it will keep me from ordering. Your premium selection is nice, though.

Pricing is good as well.

Overall the look is nice, just needs a little work with the nav. Hope this helps

Few more things. Your dekang juice is priced nice but i do not know if it is pg, VG or both, and the nic level is a little high for me. Offering 0 nic would allow mixing. Second, I wish you would share your shipping costs without having to go through the checkout.

I soooooo don't want to come off as mean and nasty and I also don't wish to hurt your feelings because I'm sure you have worked very hard on your site; but I also wish to be honest with you. Please see my comments as constructive criticism from someone who wishes only for you to be successful.

I'm not a fan of imaged backgrounds on store sites. I'm not saying it shouldn't be done, but it is very difficult to be done right. If it's done wrong, it's difficult for people to view the site as legitimate and professional. Furthermore, although the image you use is quite beautiful, it doesn't fit a company with the name "First Class Vape" in my opinion. When I clicked your link, I expected to see a classy, clean lined, structured site and your site seems more fantasy/mystical themed. That would be fine for a site with a fantasy themed name selling fantasy themed products (no matter if they be vape stuff or whatever) but not for something that is "First Class".

I tend to agree with the other suggestions made by bigpman as far as navigation is concerned. However, when it comes to expanding your current line of products - please do as much research as you can on what is on the horizon for the e-cig industry. I'm sure you have seen just how quickly new products evolve and you must remember that your future is in front of you, try not to hang on to what was, look for what's coming and get ahead of the curve.

Finally, the old cliche is true - do one thing and do it better than anyone else; only then expansion will become a natural progression rather than a struggle to stay alive.

First impression, site looks very nice.
First thing I look for is your selection of drip tips (yes Im addicted to them) I see you have a decent selection, but could be wider. Then I look at juices, Would like to see more, but I understand not haveing a huge selection if your not making them.

Over all the leyout is nice and navigation was easy for me. Finding the cartos was a little out of the way. I figured under pats all you had was drip tips (thats what showed up when I hovered my mouse over it). One thing I would like to see more of is pictures on your kits. Being a noob to a lot of this stuff I dont know what something is by wording, or a pic of a box. I like to see what Im buying so to speak.

I did bookmark the page, so I more then likely will order something when the time comes for something new!

ego pass thru battery

I have a passthrough eGo like the one you have listed for $20. I want to say how much I love mine. It is great around the house, and lasts for hours away from home.

I also like the 5 click shut-off feature. This way I can carry it in my pocket, and I don't worry about burning my carto (or leg). I would like to see the 1100 mAh passthough also. Both are well worth the money.

I browsed through the site and my first thought was that I LOVE the gift box that comes with the ego-t kit. Many of us have friends who still smoke and having the option to buy a nice ego kit with a lovely presentation box is very nice. I know it seems like a small thing, but I would be proud to offer the kit in that box as a gift and what a great way to convert your friends! I know the contents are more important than the box, but I just really like it and think it's a lovely touch.

Other than that, I found the site easy to navigate and there was a good variety of accessories and parts. I think you're off to a good start!

Some of the things others have listed here do not show up on my screen? Like ego passthru, which I would be interested in.
Ego products are my favorites PV and a pass thru would be handy, especially at that price.

I'm afraid I have to agree about the graphic background. It's a great graphic, but a little dark and dismal for a new business venture. Something with a little eye popping color, fun, vibrant, grab your attention woul be better, IMO.

But navigation is easy. Love Ego products and your prices are quite reasonable. I have a new EgoC and when I'm ready for parts I'll definitely be back. Already created an account!!

The only thing I would like to see more of is Cartos. I'm not an atty girl, other than my EgoC, but that really is the only atty I've ever been able to get to work. So I like Cartos, bulk deals especially.

I give you lots of credit for sticking your toe into this ever growing pond if suppliers. Wish you the best, and will be keeping an eye out

I have just been visiting you sight and the first thing that strikes me is the beautiful background. It seems a tad dark, but if you lightened all the text that might help. The "Leather Pouch" on the first page should have something about also being a lanyard. Sometimes people will look at a lanyard even if they already have a pouch. I would. The pictures seem a little small at first, but I really love that when you click on them twice, they get really big. NICE! When I am clicking on the kits, the text is black and the only way to read it, is to highlight it with my mouse, that should be light text and it would rock. I love that you are adding Peach juice with the start up kit. Very cool idea instead of the standard tobacco juice. Innovative!!!

You have a pretty good selection to be starting. You would do great to get C4+clearomizers. In fact, maybe several clearomizers. Everybody loves them and I want them. LOL That is all I use.

You have good prices. The presentation is very nice. I love the purple script on the front page. Purple is good, purple is magic.

You have nice selection of hardware. I would like to see some extra batteries. I especially like the 808 for carrying around, the 650x manual, etc are all good choices. Other than that, I would say this is a GREAT start! Find one thing that you love, and expand on that. It will always show that you love it and people will come back. Don't try to be everything to everyone or you won't be anything to anyone.

Hi live2vapp and welcome. These are my thoughts.
Easy to navigate and well organized site. IMHO some improvement could be made with the background picture in relationship to your name. Nice assortment of gear for first starting out. More drip tips would be nice as well as different juices. Not just Dekang. An FAQ page would be helpful with shipping info. etc. Contact page is great and you have a phone # which I like!
As far as what I purchase most often, I'm always looking for juice and cartos for tanks.
