Hi Di....
Sorry to hear that you got some problems. I am trying to do sth to help:
Is there any possibility that ask bestecig to send the charger to my place by express ? it will only cost $2-3 and 2days to arrive my place. I can send it to you.. If it is ok for them, please give me their phone number , I may help to give a call to them.
Let me know, thanks
David Yang
thanks David,
that would be so good,
I can't believe how helpful you are,
even trying to help me with a problem from another supplier.
I will pm you for the info.
thanks David, you really are the best.
Di .....
the supplier was bestecig
but thanks to David Yang,
he rang them,
all is sorted now,
just be aware that some batteries are different,
make sure you have the right chargers
when you order stuff from different suppliers.
Di .....
I am glad to see this thread. To share a story: I bought a penstyle set from bestecig and have been happy with it. I was thinking of buying another whole set just to have all the parts on hand when a poster here had a pen for sale which I was able to buy for a little less than what I would have paid there, so I bought it.
I was nervous at first because although it was a penstyle, it wasn't exactly like mine; the battery and cartridge were both wider than mine. Luckily for me, though, all the parts ended up being interchangeable.
Then I went to plug in the new pen's battery and the charger that came with it....the light continually stayed green even when I plugged the battery in....and I did take it off and put it back on several times with the same result...and replugged in the charger a couple of times. When I left it on for a while, the charger got hot, so I unplugged it and left it.
I then tried that battery in my charger from bestecig and it started out red just like my original batteries do. After reading this, I unplugged it. Looking at the chargers, mine says 6-24V; the one that stays green says 12-24V.
I honestly don't know what all this means. Is that new charger bad? Can I charge those new batteries on my bestecig charger even though they didn't come with it and are a bit different? They do screw in and fit but I really don't want to damage any batteries as I have had good luck with them so far. Anyone know about this?
