If you go through his youtube page, you'll see the progess he's made through e-cigs.

He appears to be a nice guy and like the rest of us, but I would like a second opinion on if hes good or if maybe another scam.

Seen his site before and its pretty "noob" friendly. He talks about each of them in detail and walks through on how to use them. He seems to be upfront about what he sells. Although the prices are a little steeper, I might try him out even though I already have a 510 and an 808.

I am a Zigcigs/Shawn customer and, after weeks of researching, I found his website Zigcigs.com and the youtube video’s to be some of the most informative on the web. Although I have smoked for over 30 years and use the internet every day I am a newbie to this ECig technology. I emailed Shawn and he answered all my questions quickly and without any high sales pitch (In fact he directed me to another site to buy e juice)

I am an American who lives outside the US (in the Philippines). At the time of my first shipping my wife was in the US and planning return home to Manila in 3 days. This was on a Sunday when I first contacted Shawn and to my surprised Shawn replied to my email that day, packed the Ultimate Package and shipped it to her the next. In Shawn’s haste he forgot 2 batteries and atomizers. I sent Shawn an email and since he has mailed them to me directly in Manila, without questions.

I have recommended ZigCigs to all of my friends and would highly recommend him to anyone. By the way, I love my 501 ECig – I love the one I hook directly to the USB and let it sit until I need a draw.

thanks Ock for clearing this one up for me. He definitely seems like one of the underdogs and a nice guy, but I trust my fellow vapors opinions first.

Don't want to make the same mistake I did with SE Gold

I 1st ordered from Shawn in October of this year after searching many sites i too came across his you tube videos and thought the same thing i e-mailed him, asked him some Questions that i never thought he would answer. One being simply put are you really doing this for real like you say in the videos or are you doing this for a living and this is a ploy to get me to buy from you? Since that day i have ordered many times from him and even redirected family and friends to his site and to watch his videos and even call him. He offers his phone # freely so why not call. I don't know too many people that would do that. I have to say he has been very helpful and the orders all came through and very fast to me. I have been very happy with his service so far i have found that if he says something he means it and stands by it. Honesty to me was key to ordering from him. That being said i will continue to order from him and refer people to him.

I pretty much use shawn for all my Esmoking needs. He's absolutely awesome when it comes to customer service quick response time and remember his customers. I can Ensure you 100 percent he is not a scam. Seriously just email him if you have any concerns. The service you get from him reminds me of going to a local business and not some faceless internet company.

I'd love to take the posts for zigcigs with credibility, but I have to say, 3 people with only 1 post each giving positive reviews and claiming that they use shawn for everything seems pretty suspect. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but I'd love to see people with at least some involvement on ECF give their account.

I picked up some supplies from him in person since he's local to me. Prices are a bit steeper but in a pinch it worked out for me. Everything is as its advertised, no scam.
