    @Onedesign1

    Sent my request for the wattage button upgrade file.
    Maybe your 26650 battery can't supply enough ampere and that's why you're getting the shorts? Are you only getting them with high wattage? Just a wild guess really. It's probably something else.

    Looks very close to the Proxxon Micro Mill (which can be upgraded with stepper motors for a mini CNC mill).

    On paper, the 26650 looks like it fits. Turns out it didn't fit. My 26650 batteries are Sony 50a batteries. Instead I crammed in an 18650 Sony VTC5 30a. I haven't gotten the short message in a couple days now, haven't changed anything. I did move that negative lead for reverse polarity protection when I initially built the mod.

    Inserting a battery with low amp output results in a "check battery" message when firing at higher watts

    I was vaping at 15 watts when I got those random short messages.

    @Onedesign1, does the chip you are selling right now include reverse polarity protection?. Is it already upgraded to 35w?

    The current batch is upgraded to 35W and have wires soldered for the up/down button. For reverse polarity protection the negative lead needs to be moved and if you can solder the larger main connections then you are qualified to easily move the negative lead.

    Thanks. Sorry for so many questions, but I have 2 more.

    Does it include the usb charger circuit?. If yes, does it include connections for soldering a charging led?

    No worries....(1)YES there is a charging board with micro USB included and its attached and (2) the charging board already has a charging LED on board.
