Funny that you mention the need to press the button several times to get it to work, same with mine. It does seem better now after its charged a while but it still needs the occasion extra push. Not a big deal to me either but I can see how it could frustrate someone else.

EDIT - I should add mine came from Cigtechs.

I bought a couple of these from Janty about 2 weeks ago. The one I've been using hasn't given me any trouble at all, but the one my husband was using had a finicky switch like yours. I contacted Janty and they offered to replace the passthrough - we received it before I even mailed off the old one. So far, the replacement has been fine.

So it looks like there is a tendency for these switches to be pissy. Hopefully they'll work that kink out in the next batch, because we'd like to buy a couple more.

actually i think it was the atomizer causing the problem. i have a new one running on it and no problems allll day!! YEAH!! but im not gonna get my hopes up yet as it may still prove to be tricky in the end thanks for the comments...

yes as far as i can tell the ones from janty and other suppliers all have the "in line" battery... however i can not 100% confirm this... but the pic looks exactly the same.... i have only purchased this product from electronicstix... they have them in stock right now... but stopped the sale

oh and you will love the dura... i also suggest a penstyle/801 as a back up for when you are out and about away from your charger, cause the dura/510 battery life is kinda bootsy...
