forgive me if this has already been mentioned , but what model is this thing? who manufactures it? it looks suspiciously like the EM-901 to me that eastmall once sold. The only reason i am wondering is if we all go out and grab and VX2 , and litecig runs out of parts where can we turn to get replacement parts?

It is a J118 model. I'm not sure of the manufacturer but will check when I get home and report back tomorrow as my net is out at home.

    Rocketman,

I don't have the vx2 but do have a 901 and an npro. As Figurehead showed the vx2 is the same length as the 901, and slightly larger in diameter. So, comparing my 901 to the npro, both fully assembled, the 901 is about .5 in or 1.3 cm longer than the npro. Diameter of the 901 is slightly smaller than the npro, so maybe the diameter of the npro is about the same as the vx2?

The cartridges on my npro are fully round. I have two types of cartridges for my 901 and both are flatened to one degree or another on two sides. I am not sure what the cartridge shape is like on a vx2. Personally I prefer the flatened end for holding in my teeth over the fully rounded.

The carts on the VX2 are the "whistle" type (flattened on 2 sides). Also, I noticed these carts are made of a different plastic than the 901 carts. I like these MUCH better.

And the specs below are pretty accurate with the exception of "mouthfulls of each cartridge" being 180-200 puffs. I'd say it's closer to 100-120 but I usualy top my cart around puff 80 I would estimate. Still no too shabby.

Start out: Must look like a cigarette, at all costs.
Then: Wow, look at that <insert some model here, penstyle, 510, whatever> vapor! I want that...it *sorta* looks like a cigarette
Then: Screw it, black, red, neon, anything *not* white.
Still working on - ok, fine, give me a square box with a plug or flashlight attachment (but getting there..)

    :-)
(the blue does indeed look awesome)
I couldn't have said it better! I HAD to have an e-cig that looked as much like a cigarette as I could get at first so I bought the mini-e-cig (RN4081) and lots of batteries, lots of atomizers and passthroughs. Then I got the 501, not bad, lots more batteries and lots more atomizers and more passthroughs, then I got the 801, again, more batteries, more atomizers, more passthroughs. Now I've got the I-inhale coming.

What next? Got my eye on the SD and/or the Prodigy. I sure hope they stop coming up with new models, I'm getting broke!!

Every time I look at an analog I think, heck NO, I'm not wasting all that money!

This little VX2 kicks butt! SERIOUSLY, get one.
will you be posting the new video with better lighting here in this thread, or will you start a new thread for it?...I agree that the vapor in these 2 vids seems very poor, hopefully improved lighting will reveal a better impression of the product's capabilities.

**EDIT: just a heads up for some of you who may have ordered this from litecig (although i know many of you dont care about refund guarantees)...the 30 day money back guarantee posted on their site is NOT valid...i emailed the seller about it and he has confirmed there is NO refund policy at all, and there is only a 14 day replacement warranty for bad parts only.

if anyone comes across a seller of this ecig with a refund policy please post it here!

As soon as I get internet access back on at home I'll post the vid link on this thread and probably a new one as well so everyone can find it.

The video is very misleading with the lighting. These put out great vapor.
