Instead of leaving, let's see if there's a way to "fix THIS problem".

I am in agreement with you that there is no real need for specifics of modding EQ that does not pertain to this mod. I'm all for improvements, and yet some suggestions might be better if brought directly to Brian's attention. If, for example, one does not care for the VMOD attys and there are specifics as to why, it seems that that's the information Brian could use for gear changes/improvements. Like you, I'm not looking to buy tools and start modding anything. I want a good "vape out of the box" experience. I know of many smokers who don't even want to give e cigs a chance because they are too much work. Imagine getting them to buy a dremel and a saddle valve with their first starter kit!

I haven't had great luck with the one atty that wasn't doa. I don't think its a vapage problem, more like user error. I just haven't gotten use to feeding it. I really liked the silo cart but alas they are currently out of stock. I've been stalking the vapage website daily. I'm sure taking a dremel to a carto isn't for everyone but without that information my vmod would be collecting dust right now instead of being my all day pv.

The Silo cartos are supposed to be in stock next week.

Don't give up on the Hybrid...they take a little break-in and practice, but I've found them to be wonderful. Try soaking the atty with juice and letting it sit. It can take some time for it to absorb juice and function.

I haven't given up on the hybrid. But the one I have has a burnt taste now so I'm waiting til the silos come in before I order more.

You can give it a soak in PGA...might help remove the burnt taste.

What flavor are you vaping? Is it dark or sweet juice?

I was using coppercreek house blend with it. Not overly sweet but it is dark. I realize this might shorten the life of the attys and carts but it is my favorite all day.

You mean those aren't necessary with a starter kit, maybe a grinder and a drill press then..
