I went looking for your site based upon the good reviews for "Jane's" juice but based upon your apparent lack of even simple state licensing (trust me, you aren't exempt from use tax, and the state license is easy to obtain) and the website that barely works I can't in good faith buy any juice.

Look for some free os/carts, and find someone willing to build you a nice one if you don't have html/php skills. Get your tax license and your federal EIN if you don't have one already. PayPal is a decent soultion for a small site... be warned that if one customer complians to PP that they are dissatisfied or even worse "harmed" by your product, you will lose your PP acccount.

A real CC processor is going to cost some $$$. If you are doing decent business every month (say $2500+) then the CC fees will absorb nicely. If you are doing less than that, then plan to increase prices to absorb the cost. No CC merchant account will not even consider you until you have at least a sales tax license and a business bank account.

File your local sales tax as required and be prepared to run a real business. If you are using your home then start logging square footage for home vs. business and start deducting everthing that falls on the business side.

Just my advise, I've been running a Magic Trick business for 3 years now, and it's still not going as I had planned, but it's work. The tax deductions from "loss" are gold and if you live in the USA you should be doing this. (AIG, Fanny Mae and all the other crooks seem to do well.)

I've actually thought about doing the e-cig business, but I personally think the is a really volitle market so I'm out. But if you are going to do it, do it right, before someone more official makes you do it that way.
Gary, get a FRIKIN life, and do not suppose you know this person. Jane called me today, and I am seeing her in the AM, she is helping me with my ecig obsession, and sounds like an absolutely DELIGHTFUL, business person.

Chill out baby, and let it go............

Well, as long as there's a love train going by...

Jane is a super person, as well as a great buisness person. One of the nicest and most delightful people in this game. ANd with all the great people I've met around here, that's some stiff competition!

The current situation is directly related to both lack of regulation and the regulations that were enforced. Let me explain.

The government enforces the lowering of rates to stimulate the economy. The banks, without major oversight, start with the loans that were questionable. Both of these things contribute to the situation. There is no One cause. Life is not black and white.

that's all i have to say about it. Thanks for completely sidetracking the topic.

    Jane,

You saved me baby, it was a true pleasure, meeting you yesterday. I cannot believe how much you taught me, regarding the art of the ecig. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. You are 1 knowledgable little lady, and cute, to boot. Please email me your high school photo, cause I wanna show it to my wife, and daughter. Uncanny resemblence.

I saved my buddy, with your wonderful products last night. He could not believe how much better your pen style was, compared to his Njoy. The battery's last longer, the cig smokes better, and he LOVES your juice, as well.

I think I need to reduce the Nicotine content of the juice, cause we smoke so much, and had to cut back due to being so strong. See, you were right, and I was wrong. We need TT, I tried calling you so I can order more, I know, the 6 I bought yesterday, are just not enough.

I am turning smoking friends onto ecigs now....and so far, they are loving it.

I give Jane, and her products, my highest reco, for being the finest for the money. She really cares, and works with the factory to produce the best, for the least.

I was impressed with the amount of product she has in stock, WOW

    Once again

    Thanks

    Steve

OMG! I received my Menthol Kick from Jane today! Dripped it on my "great white" I really like it! Lots of minty taste compared to other brands I have tried. Cool on the tongue when you inhale and a slight minty taste in your mouth after you exhale. just had to share that with you. Jane is the best has treated me great every time I order.

    Thumbs up Happy New User

Hi ya'll, I been lurking on these forums for a couple weeks now, it's been a big help.

I got a pen style from Jane about a week and a half ago and love it. Only smoked 1-3 cigs a day before I got it, but haven't smoked a regular cigarette since. She shipped it out so fast it was ridiculous. I bought it on a Friday afternoon and was surprised to find it in the mailbox on Monday. It was missing the regular US power cord, but I emailed her and received a power cord in 2 days with a little sample bottle of "state express" and 5 empty cartridges. Damn good customer service if you ask me.

Her Abandon-Mint is awesome and really satisfies my cravings. I probably shouldn't have gotten the "high" nicotine juice, because I'm probably getting too much nicotine now, as it's hard to put this thing down. The "state express" which I think I read is the same as 555 is just not my cup of tea though. It kind of tastes like burnt popcorn or something, can't quite put my finger on the taste, but I really can't stand it. Do the other tobacco flavors have a similar taste? If so I think I'll stick to Mint and maybe some other flavors like fruit, chocolate or coffee. Glad I got to try it though before I bought a bunch of it.

All in all though, I'm really enjoying this e-smoking and hopefully won't ever go back to analogues again. Thanks

    Default State Express

You know, I tried the state express again, and actually it's not bad. Guess it kind of grows on you. Thanks Again.
